28 minutes and counting for our order. Actual sit down restaurants don’t take that long. Abysmal. The workers are trying and courteous but something is wrong.
As McDonald's go this one is great, fast inside and at drive through.
Fries were soggy with to much salt. Nuggets were okay but warm. Unsweetened tea tasted stale. I probably will just stop going to mcdonalds all together.
This mcdonals at morning time is awesome we love it, but in the night time they over heat the fries when you ask them no salt( she blame it on the oil not been good. The male manager is super nice with the pink hair he always he gives us our food excellent but theirs is a manager with glasses older lady she is very disrespectful. We call to let them know our fries were bad and taste really nasty and she said with in attitude that she cant do nothing about it she said if you wanted you can come another day like 3 days i never got her name because this disrespectful lady hang up the phone. If she doesn’t like to work she should quit.
I didn't even get a completed sandwich and the fries were cold. It's like they were sitting out long before they were ever placed in my bag.It's pretty pathetic that a customer can no longer rely on a food chain like McDonald's to provide a customer with a completed order. It's even worse that a customer has to hold up everyone else behind them just to inspect their meal for completeness before departing the drive thru.Sadly, I was already 15 miles down I-70 by the time I was able to eat my food and realized I'd been duped. Yet again.Another bang up job by the folks of McDonalds.
Excellent service any time I go there. My order is always what I asked for and they are very quick with orders.
They don't put attention on the drivetru , they give me coffee with out sugar and cream, they don't put in the bag my blueberry and cream pies, very bad service.

This location is the best! The overnight crew works the hardest, they always seem to get my orders right. On point, thank you all for showing up and getting things done right! 24 hours location ftw!
They didn't put in the sauce for the happy meal. So I removed one star. This was a huge deal for my son...
