This Mcdonalds never fails to forget something from my orders. 5 separate times I gave em a chance and they failed every one. There are like 7 Mcdonalds in a 5mile radius from this one, Go to literally ANY OTHER ONE. E Patrick is NEVER BUSY and Wormans Mill has fast and friendly service, THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES. F-
Simple order number 1 meal apple fritter. Left out the hash browns. Coffee lid flipped off almost burning me. So no coffee either.
Ordered two mcChicken sandwiches. Both were luke warm and tough. Not going to this location again. The way the prices are at McDonald's nowadays..the food should be perfect.
Slow service when you can actually get them to acknowledge you are standing there. They also need either more employees working overnights or just close between midnight and 5am 30 + minute wait is not unusual at the drive in during these hours
A great caramel macchiato was prepared. Delicious. Employee was awesome.

Mcflurry handed to me with ice cream all dripping down the side. No napkins. Window cashier didn't say a word when I said thank you. No bueno.
The dining area felt drafty and some tables were not clean. Some seats showed wear and tear with exposed filling. I ordered from the kiosk machine and selected dine-in with assigned table number. I waited for sometime for my food and noticed they completed my order as a takeout and it was sitting on the counter for me to pickup.
This McDonald's is always decent. They alway have their food hot and ready.
Picked up a an order and the person who bagged the order. Had the coffee in there sideways and lid wasn't on tight. Ruined the whole order. C'mon mcdonalds get it right!!
