Excellent as always.Always have a good experience no matter what Ledo I try.This site is a little smaller than most. But the food is exactly the same as every other location. Our server was quick friendly and efficient. Drinks never sat empty and we never had to wait for food.Wings were fresh and hot. Ceaser salad dressing is worth the drive. Lee likes her spaghetti. Got a pizza to go for the kid.
Went there a few weeks ago (kept forgetting to do this review). I used to love their steak and cheese sub. When we got food from there this last time, my steak and cheese was not good. The steak was VERY greasy and taste and texture of it was VERY different. It was more like steak-um. I'm thinking maybe they changed supplier or something ? Hope they'll go back to the tried and true of what seemed to be real steak and not greasy. I will try again at some point, but if the same, I will not ever get again. They're pizza is good to very good and ALWAYS consistent.
Ordering online can be a pain. Calling in the order is pain free. Easy parking. Eat in area. Tables are 6ft apart. Service was quick and accurate. The only complaint would be the bottom of the pizza being soggy. Wish they had delivery.
All sales are final!!!! My order was taking wrong and I asked for a refund and was denied my money back. The customer service is bad and they do not know how to handle situations. The customer is always right is NOT their moto at all!!! Ledo staff is always right! Never going back!!!
This is my favorite place since I worked there back in 1998 (another location). I have known the owner since than and will never go to another Ledos. Trust me. Kari is the best!
This place rocks! I go a ways.....like to the original in Adelphi.Only talking pizza here, but this is nearly as good as the original. In general, their Ledo specializes is a buttery, crisp crust with a slightly sweet sauce. They are also known for their pre-cooked bacon.We have a standard, pre-cooked bacon, onions, green peppers and mushrooms, well done. Sometimes we'll do a half and half or something, but that's our standard.This staff does it right. It's a franchise and it shouldn't surprise anyone that some are better than others. Here, the pizza's seem to be better by a notch.Carry out has been our deal lately. When you order online and request a time......you're pizza is right there, fresh out of the oven. That's how we've found it. And it means something, rather than picking up a pizza that's sat around for half an hour.To me, it comes down to a matter of caring, and training. I give the employees credit for that. Good job. It is appreciated.P.S. Follow up. I got there for carry-out right when our pizza was done. Picked it up and it was cold. I wasn't happy and went into complain. SMH, I must have clicked the button next to the one I wanted. Okay. My bad. (Apologies to staff for the initial complaint.) But here's the deal. We got it home, through it into the oven @500 for 4 minutes to heat it up. Just wow. Amazingness came out. Even though the pizza sat around for 15 minutes, you simply couldn't tell. And I don't say that lightly. These guys turned out a pizza, let it set for 15 minutes, the pizza didn't miss a beat. It is still better than some other Ledo's put out fresh out the oven. If you like Ledo pizza.....I'm a fan of this one.

I don't have a favorite pizza place. I like different pizza restaurants and consider each of their pizzas unique unto themselves. Different takes on the same item.I like Ledo's pizza. It's different from the average pizza. The crust is flaky like a pastry. They are cut into small squares, not the same average triangle. They are served on trays that remind me of the trays, at my high school cafeteria. Very tasty pizza. Try one of them when you want something different, but familiar.
When an employee was training waiters, she said, don't trust those people and pointed at me. She said even if you can see them. I will not go back if they don't want my money.
Great service. Great Pizza. One of the few places we can eat vegan. Just leave off the cheese.
