An attempt at offering both Italian ice and the concept of Cold Stone at the same store. They had some flavors that I’ve never heard of before and would have liked to try had it not been so crowded - I felt like I needed to decide quickly. The Italian ice is all the way down by the register, so you likely don’t see it until you’ve already made your selection and go to pay. Had it been more visible I may have ended up ordering some of it instead of ice cream. In the end, I got the chocolate ice cream and it was quite good. This place will likely do well because it’s next to the theaters and will get lots of traffic as a result. I’ll have to go back and try more things and, if so, I’ll update my review.
When are you guys open? This is the second time I've stopped by and your closed early. I want to try your food.
I have gone at several times for the past 3 weeks and every time (within their posted hours on google and on door) and theybwere closed. So disappointing! How do you expect to get business when you're never open! I understand covid, and staffing issues but as a small private business owner you should be there and pick up where you are short Or change your hours to the correct times. *This picture was taken 2/28/22 at 6:50pm 2 hours before your posted hours on the door!!
Quick service I love soft ice cream. The lobby is closed at present so drive through is always crowed in the evening. The offer doordash pickup so you my be able to order on line and pick up.
Yummy Indian flavors but unfriendly staff
Both on google AND ON THEIR DOOR, it says they are open until 11pm on Saturdays. It’s 10pm on a Saturday, and I drove a ways to get here. They are closed. You lost my business.
I was extremely disappointed in the Italian ice. It was so hard and had no flavor. It was in chunks of hard ice. You could only taste the sweetness, but no actual flavor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Edit: The owner of the store has reached out since my visit to try and make things right. He was professional and seemed sincere. Owning a business is difficult and you can't always control what happens when you are away.It was the weirdest experience I've ever had at a store. The kid behind the counter acted like it was really inconvenient for us to come in there. He made the ice cream but just kind of mixed it around into a soup. Then he put the formless glop on top of a cone and handed it to me with bare hands that were covered in the melted sludge. I dropped it and it got all over my arms while he stood there quietly. Just staring. I did actually catch it before it hit the ground but my wife was the only person trying to help me. She grabbed a cup while I went to go wash my arms and clothes in the dirty bathroom. As I moved toward the restroom, the guy behind the counter did manage to belt out, "Anything else?"Not surprised at the absence of paper towels. There were three food napkins on top of the dispenser and urine all over the floor. My wife told me he just stood there staring at her while she held the gross dripping ice cream cone which was by then in a tiny sample cup. He did point out that there were napkins up by the register. She told him she was scared to move with the mess he had given us. So he came over and just took the bank card to pay. No help. Just a weird guy. Her ice cream tasted ok. Parking was decent. I'm checking my bank account because he never would give a receipt. Place might be a front for something. I don't know how they are in business.
Very friendly service and excellent variety of ice cream
Came by Sat at 2pm, despite the posted hours they were closed
