Your order will never be correct, you will be orbiting the drive-thru several times, and don't expect an apology "oh yeah we know we screwed that up" This location had a refresh in the past couple of years and it's now considerable more hygienic. Chicken is cooked correctly but the post-prep is awful, had Nashville tenders that looked like they had just come off the floor. The other KFC location in Frederick is light-years better.
Coleslaw was fresh and good! It went great with my pulled pork sandwich!
Did not have the pieces for my order. Was told AFTER paid and waiting in a parking slot for completed order. Got home, 30'away was traveling, no order had to the biscuits ??
ordered grilled chicken the pieces were the smallest I ever seen. totally unexceptable.
Food tasted like rubber, after going back just get a refund Sofia, if that was her name refused to refund me rather just give me another meal. If The food has a rubbery taste to it why would I want something else? The cashier Mary was unprofessional as well and told me Sofia wouldn’t give me her name at first so I don’t know if that was her name or not, she’s suppose to be the RGM. I’ll never eat at KFC again so unprofessional and no customer service.
There running a scam on people on rt 40 Frederick 36.99 dollar meal they charge you twice on your sides I paid 47.00 for 16 piece then I go online fine out the real price try to call them and they don't answer their phone I have their name and I will be talking to the owner of the store hopefully that somebody will be fired.
We went for a late lunch after shopping. The young man behind the counter was extremely slow and impolite. He made us wait for over 2 minutes just standing there before he took our order. Then when I went back up to get honey and mustard packets I had to wait 5 minutes while he talked to coworkers and slowly put food in boxes. While putting together a box he dropped chicken tenders on the counter and proceeded to pick them up and put the in the box he was filling. When another employee walked up to the register I tried to ask him for the sauce and his reply was "you have to talk to him" and walked off telling the guy at the counter that I needed assistance. The original employee I talked to then said "yeah. I know. I'm busy doing this" and completely ignored me. It finally took a third employee going up to the register, after the 5 minutes, to get my 4 packets of sauce. I would not recommend this restaurant and would give it a 0 star
Went to the drive thru, ordered the 5 chicken tenders combo. with a sweet tea The guy didn't have the mic up to his face, the food was nasty. They had problems with the machine, this old lady got on the mic, said in a loud voice "GIVE US A MINUTE"I would NOT recommended this KFC atvall

Clean and excellent service. Drive-up only excellent service. Pleasant staff!
