It’s cool, parking wasn’t so bad. Looked clean when walking in, one of my subs was missing something but was corrected immediately without any issues, I noticed the prices were a bit higher than other JM I been too in other areas but customer service was good .
Excellent. I really like my steak and cheese sub. My first time and it was delicious.
Thankfully I carry a debit card. Upon traveling from Michigan to Washington D.C. for a field trip we stopped for lunch on the way back home. This particular store refused my cash because they don’t accept anything over a $50 bill. Mind you this trip consisted of 50 plus people. Maryland has a state law that requires businesses to accept cash in all forms. Which means all legal US currency, there is no picking and choosing on what forms of currency you decide you want to accept. Upon explaining to the cashier that the state law actually requires them to accept my currency AND showing them the law on the state of Maryland government website; they still decided to refuse my cash. Do better, & don’t run a business if you don’t know all your state laws.
Never had a bad sub, I even get a free cookie every once in a while. Great value for the money! Blessings
I had a great experience in Florida .decided to try it again because of the special Olympics . Found mushrooms and onions in my sub when I'm highly allergic to onions never again.

Really bad customer service.Rude worker was so disrespectful after asking if they had flat bread as this was my first time there .His response was “hell no we have real food “Not the way to treat guest .
Sort of disappointed. Granted we went in late but it still should've been better. The meat on my steak sub was so overdone from sitting in the prep pan that after they put it on the grill to heat with cheese it was dry and tasteless. My husband got the club sub and there was so much oil and vinegar that the sub roll was completely soaked, he had to put it on bread when we got home. Guess I'm just spoiled by my usual store in Mount Airy, MD.
