Cleanliness is an issue. Used napkins, an old receipt and, for some reason, flower petals were on the floor. Red pepper flakes were scattered on the condiment station. I ordered an Italian hoagie and it was woefully lacking meat. It had plenty of onions though. The bread was the only thing that saved it. The bread was very good. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place for a hoagie.
Been here twice, both times there was black mold floating in the soda, and this time there was hair in my food, cleanliness/food safety is obviously not a priority of this establishmentEdit to add: First, let me tell you I've been a store manager for multiple other restaurants, I know what to look for in terms of food safety. I did approach your staff, both times, the first time they went ahead and cleaned the nozzles after I asked them to, the second time we got a lackluster apology for the hair in my food and your manager on duty didn't know how to properly process a refund. The debris in every corner of the dining area also tells me that cleanliness is not as high a priority to your staff as you say. Once is a bad day, twice, having the same issue both times, is indicative of poor practices.

Love the cheesesteaks, and the Classic White pizza is very good, too. I've had normal pizzas here, also good, but I find that I like their white pizza more. Definitely recommend trying this place.

Philly cheesesteak is on point. When a cheesesteak comes wrapped in foil you know it's a banger. Very fresh and hot. Best in Frederick so far.
Jack's steak and cheese as well as their fries have been on point all 4 times we have gotten them. IHighly recommend them in those two categories. I haven't had anything else there but those two items are money 9 out of 10
Food was ok, price okay. Menu a bit confusing (meal includes???). Staff wore no masks, so not sure how concerned the establishment is about customer safety.
The food took forever...one of the ladies was eating cheese sticks...while I'm standing there waiting for my food...they forget some of my order so I had to wait for them to remake it ?
