We'll obviously eat at IHOP cuz... well it's IHOP. 3 weeks ago we went and dined in. There was a hair in my brother's sandwich. They did give us a new one. But still. The next Sunday we ordered take out... 3 of the items we ordered were missing. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! It took over 2 hours and about 30 calls for them to answer. I had to go back and get the food. The next Sunday we ordered take out... I checked the order BEFORE I left the store... thank goodness because an entire meal was missing. But had to wait on a SUNDAY for them to make it so the rest of the food got cold. I don't WHY we insist on patronizing this IHOP . It's ridiculous. And the hosts doesn't speak a kick off English.
We were here 8 days ago and it was great, but today was awful. We were seated immediately, and the iced tea was good. That's the good points. The Coke that my wife got was so weak it looked like very weak ginger ale. The waitress said it had been like that since she came to work. I asked if she'd said anything to anyone that could change the syrup, and got a noise & shoulder shrug in reply. We waited 32 minutes after we ordered before we left. While we were waiting we realized we didn't have napkins and flatware. That's not a good sign. Then people at another table complained about cold food and had to go hunting for ketchup on other tables. After the 32 minutes of waiting without being checked on we decided not to chance the food. I asked an employee for a manager before we left. While waiting for the manager I noticed all of this food not going out to tables. The manager was too busy to come speak to us, so we walked out.Now we're trying the other IHOP in town. They're off to a much better start.
This location needs to throw in the towel and close up. The service has steadily declined to almost nothing. The food in years past was excellent. Now its burnt breakfast meats with cold eggs cold hard toast. I'm not sure where the problems begin in this restaurant, but something needs to change. I feel like this place is hanging on by a thread.
Got there at about 11:30 on a weekday and was surprised that IHOP was almost empty. One employee was sitting on the bench using her phone, another was waiting on a table and another seemed to just be walking around. Although they clearly saw us, no one greeted or even acknowledged that we were there. I didn't want to leave because my granddaughter and I were really in the mood for breakfast, but after 10 minutes we left and went to Waffle House. You can have good and bad service anywhere, and normally I'd assume that it was just a bad day. But the fact that the place was 90 percent empty, seemed like a good indicator that this was probably typical for this particular shop.
We went in they are very slow but overall pretty good food.
Loved this place. Great service, the food came out very quick. Gaby our wait staff person was a very sweet lady.
No lights on out door signs. 3 times there, twice missed it. Not busy 6:30-7am. Good food and customer sevice. Will go back!
Waited to be seated for 5 minutes at the front door of a 95% empty restaurant. Nobody ever approached us or spoke. Finally left along with the couple behind us.
Amazing pancakes with nice staff, only problems being the ok hash browns and how long it took to order but the staff took good care of us. Definitely going to come back here and recommend it more than Waffle House.
