First time place order by time go pick up my order was given someone else. Waited for get made again. By now it is hour and half later. Get home unpacked food and two items missing. Call back they tell me will replace next order. Two days later make another order. Order milkshake which have many times. But now size is cut down over half. Realized was child size for 7 bucks!!! This is what milkshake got for 7 bucks. I dont think going be going back again. Every visit has been an issue. They resolved all issues except was told this wasnt a child size ans that new size. If sit down order get nearly three size larger and take out is this small cut 7 bucks. Could saved hazzle stopped at DQ got 3 times milkshake for 5 bucks.7 dollars for this is ridiculous especially after all the mistakes with previous orders. Shameful.
Well, my salad was missing the avocado which is what I was really looking forward to. The small amount of diced tomatoes provided didn't even equal to one full slice. The bacon nor the chicken was well done, which I specifically asked for. And my grits were missing cheese and butter which I also asked for. I was given a side of cheese and 3 packets of butter which barely melted because I had to mix it in when it was no longer hot (the drive to my hotel) and I don't use microwaves. He also forgot my coffee that I ordered twice. I received it the third time I asked.I think he was high lol. He also had a lady waiting a good bit for her order while it was sat behind the counter the entire time. She told me that they're always slow at this particular IHOP. It was my first time today and if I'm ever in the area again, forget it lol.The server was very pleasant though!
Always loved food there but today was terrible. Everything I ordered for breakfast was uneditable . Toast over almost burnt, biscuits and gravy I sent back so much pepper couldn't eat. Waitress was great.
It was okay, the food wasn't the best and it was like the waitress forgot about me and it took FOREVER to my drink and even longer to get my food but when it came to the check she was very fast. Then when I left I told her to have a nice and she responded with I will
There were many empty tables, but longer wait times. Weekends, they could add additional servers to mitigate this. Food was good, no complaints!
I ordered take-out, and told the waiter I was going to sit in my car and come back in to get the food. However, he brought the food out to me in less than the promised 15 minutes, and my waffle with bacon and eggs was delicious. Great packaging, too. No need to reheat after I got it home.
Amazing service and great food!! For those who like scrapple, they cooked mine perfectly. I was bummed when Royal Farm took scrapple off their menu so it’s nice to have a local place that still offers it. A++
I came in with a few friends and the early evening of Sunday we were sat down rapidly and order was accurate and very tasty I had a spinach omelette and my friends had some sweet pancakes. the waiter William was great he was fast and it kept an eye out on the drinks and refilled them. will be back very tasty very fresh oh and everything was clean
Met my family there for brunch. They weren't too busy when we arrived but I was told that we would have to wait for a table. I could very plainly see there there was plenty of empty tables. I was told that they have been short staffed for the last 2 years due to covid etc. The staff that was there were overwhelmed as the restaurant became more and more busy. But these servers did an awesome job of trying to keep up. Was very impressed with the attitude of everyone. Well done IHOP Frederick Md.
It must have been a busy day to the cooks but every time we order our pancakes they were raw in the middle, so we ordered AGAIN and the presentation of the pancakes were sloppy, top and bottom were divided as if it had stuck to the grill and undercooked. Can't believe we still had to pay for it even though everytime it was brought to us it was JACKED. The booth and table seats were sticky, why don't they understand that a restaurant that serves stick or messy condomits MUST throughly clean carpets and sanitize tables DAILY cuz little kids drop food or spill food and the carpet, seats, tables will harbor a smell.
