A 4-person group got cappuccino, mocha, and bubble teas. This was one of the best mochas I've had in my life, both in decoration and composition. Each person loved their drinks. Neat decor, too.Been back a few times for bubble tea and a brunch sandwich, and the staff is particularly helpful and friendly.
Extremely knowledgeable and committed to organic, fair trade products. And, it's affordable! Don't order from the menu--ask what their favorite brew is right now! Usually they have something new. Also, if you become a regular, go for espresso if you like. But the first few times, please try their fresh brewed coffee. It's fun to watch, and it's extremely flavorful. Highly recommended
I just recently stumbled upon this coffee shop and I'm so glad I did!! I go to Hood so it's a very convienent location and it's a great place to get a cup of coffee or tea and study. The staff is extremely friendly and it's just an all around amazing place!! Highly recommend:)
Ibiza is my favorite place to eat in Downtown Frederick. The atmosphere is very laid back and calm. Slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Market Street. The food is always fresh, extremely affordable, and picture perfect. I love their diverse and innovative menu! There’s always something interesting to try.On top of all of this, the owners are two of the nicest shop owners I’ve ever met. They’re very passionate at what they do and so down to earth. Please try Ibiza, you won’t regret it!

Ordering method is strange, but I was able to just tell the staff what I wanted and it was placed quickly. Coffee was well worth the wait, and ham/cheese roll was great. I'm def adding this to my local coffee options.
Ibiza has the nicest owner in Steven. The coffee - single origin is particularly nice. I love the ambience on a Sunday amidst the hustle and bustle of the farmers market on premises. The on-site coffee roasting was a treat for farm to table folks like me.

Hesitant to post a review - because Ibiza is such a safely hidden gem (for now)! The peaceful ambience and inviting atmosphere are perfect. They are THE best cafe in town for a superb spot of coffee in a delightfully beautiful, relaxed nook.
Coffee off the beaten path… I love Ibiza Cafe and the owners! Steven makes awesome lattes and May is just a delight. Just around the corner from Market, on 4th St, you’ll find a nondescript off-white house with a yellow flag “Yes! We’re Open”. The front door is on the side of the bldg and inside is a simple yet stylish coffee house! Small food menu offers a nice selection of sandwiches & pastries.
