Took the boyfriend to Frederick for the first time and wanted to find a great brunch spot. The reviews pointed me here and he was sold as soon as he saw the Montreal Breakfast on the menu the night before. We arrived here around 11:45 a.m., and there was already a wait after they opened at 11:00. That told me that it was well worth the wait. There is a beautiful park right there and took a walk near the water. We ended up waiting for about 45 minutes but it seemed like it calmed down a little bit after we were seated. Our server was super friendly and playful, which we enjoyed (Khol, sorry if spelled wrong) and we already knew what we wanted to eat since we had browsed the menu the night before. Our food came out faster than any food that we've eaten in restaurants in years. I think it was about 8 minutes tops. We were all surprised, but I guess we caught them while the kitchen was a little bit slow after the first rush. The presentation of the food was in itself fantastic but we were both really happy with our choices. His Montreal Breakfast was his favorite poutine with egg on top and meat, that was closer to corned beef, but the portion size was insane! It was fun watching him eat his meat spaghetti we called it. ?. As the one with the sweet tooth I had to get the fruity pebbles stuffed French Toast. I have had some really bad French toast lately and this was light-years the best in ages. It was cooked perfectly, sweet, a tiny bit crispy but also chewy, syrup was perfect. I really enjoyed the whipped topping with cereal on top, the cream in the middle was a little too much for me, but it was still delicious. Next time I may just ask for it unstuffed. For $40 for that meal, including unsweet tea, was a deal!Although we live further south, we will definitely be back next time we're in town! Highly highly recommend.

Very good well balanced food that is tastefully presented, the ingredients were quality and the taste was excellent. I loved the decor and atmosphere inside, it's laid back but has energy. The service was friendly and not over bearing. Also the location is great.I'll be going back, this is another Frederick favorite of mine now.

We had an amazing dinner celebration our waiter was amazing Connor drinks were spectacular and the food was delicious, we will be coming back again and again!!

We went on a Friday evening and had a 45 minute wait as restaurant is very small with few tables. We could not even wait at the bar as there was no room there so we were told we should wait at a neighboring bar. Once seated, waiter took our drink order and bar was out of a very popular rum. Menu choices were rather limited but we settled on the strip tease steak, Kidd burger, and pork chop. Burger was nothing special. The steak and pork chop were $36 each and not worth the price. The majority of the steak was fat and not flavorful. Vegetables on the side were extremely small and no salad or bread was served with entrees. We also had crab egg rolls which were okay and crab dip which had more cheese than crab in it. We also had apple crisp, a lemon tart, and beignets for dessert, none which were exceptional. Overall, our meals were not worth the high price we paid. There are too many other better options in area.

Food - ridiculously good. Bloody Mary - on point. The service … 5 stars. Khole, Connor and the entire staff

We stopped by this hopping, dimly lit restaurant and bar after getting a recommendation from our bed and breakfast. We were told the wait for a table would be an hour (no reservations) - but two seats at the bar were available right away - which we snapped up. The bustling atmosphere under a bank of televisions made it seem a bit less sophisticated - but the food told a different story. The egg rolls (filled to the brim with crab meat and on a bed of salad) were wonderful and the amount of crab made the $25 price tag seem worth it. After that, I had the pork chop (large and flavorful with ribs included), which came with heirloom carrots (perhaps could have been cooked or seasoned a bit better). My partner had the scallops (four scallops on a large bowl of grits), and was less excited about his meal. Service at the bar was adequate and it was enjoyable watching the bar staff work - as they had large and friendly personalities. I would go back again for sure.

Felt like we hit the lottery when they had an open table. Absolutely one of my favorite places in Frederick. Food, service and drinks are all top notch. Love the upstairs space.

From the cocktails to dessert, everything was amazing.Had the wings, that house ranch was good enough to drink, and the crab dip for apps, both amazing. One of us had the scallops and everyone else had the steak. Let me tell you, it's rare that I don't finish a steak but this one was huge. Despite that, it was so good I kept forcing myself to take "just one more bite."Food was all elevated, but not pretentious.Server Tommy was wonderful as well, great level of attention, not intrusive or disruptive, but there when we needed him like he was reading our minds.Highly recommend for a night out

Beautiful place the decor and music were on point. We double dated with his brother and his wife. For appetizers we got the crab dip and wings. The crab dip and veggies were delicious and the bread they served it with was perfect. Those wings and the freshly made hot sauce and Bleu cheese were literally to die for. The Mimosa's (2 pitcher's) and Spanish Coffee were delicious! At this point I'm already full, then came the main course. Two people got the sausage biscuit and gravy, one got the hammich and I got the stuffed french toast. Omfg I was stuffed, wet burping, definitely going back!

Love the food and service will recommend it to anyone here
