Was regular customer and was buying catfish on 6/8/22. The fish was wonderful but I noticed I was charged what I thought was exorbitant amount on the receipt...which said walleye. On the am of 6/10 I talked to a person in seafood that apologized and said bring the receipt to customer service and I would be refunded. That night I did as he instructed and caught nothing but resistance from the manager on duty. She ended up crediting my card for $3.52 only, telling me the difference in price was$1. When I walked back to seafood, the difference was actually$5. So a manager that lies had cost them a regular customer. Won't be back over about$15. Way to do business Giant Foods... update... perhaps most humorous of all... they sent a response feigning interest in my shopping experience...when I called the given number found they were closed 15 prior until Monday. Guessing I'll talk to them Monday...So let's do the math...they lost $209 a week over about $30 total...and I had the pleasure of meeting perhaps the most horrible person in whoever the manager was that evening
So disappointed with the Deli lately. I have had to wait over 30 minutes just to get asked what I want - and there are typically multiple workers back there but only one taking orders and slicing meat. The others are prepping or doing something other than helping all of us who are in the line in the store. Extremely poor management of this area, unlike the rest of the store which is typically incredible. So sad to see this and experience this. There should not be 3+ people back there doing “other” things with over 5 customers just standing here in line.
Prices are eh. It simply depends on what you buy. Prices every where are nuts. So if u find a sale more power to you. Good luck everyone.
An operation that has seen better days. While staff ate friendly the store pales in comparison with near by alternatives. Location and parking are its best reason for using.
Customer service staff very helpful when I had to remove many items from my order due to not having enough money on my card. Thank you for not making me worse than I already did at the time.
This specific location has a lot of good going on for it. It is located next to almost 10 food places and this location is always clean . It reminds me of a Publix.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to help me on bakery. Worker came and said he was busy. Missed my bus because I needed a cake beging the glass display.
Didn't like being followed around the store. Never shopping here ever again
