Fantastic 7 course meal! Wonderful staff. Just a little loud at times but thatâs to be expected. Local favorite.
A bit pricey and noisy, but worth it. Food and service are both very good.
Cousins birthday.
I would return here many times over. The food and service are top quality.
Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the crab dip as an appetizer. The Buttered Lobster tasted amazing! The Wagyu sirloin was delicious. The Nutella bread pudding for dessert was so yummy!
My husband and I were disappointed with the service, the food, and being given the wrong check. Not ever going back again.
Fatherâs Day brunch hit the spot for my husband, son and me. I loved the Chesapeake Benedict, though not so crazy about the granola type topping on the French toast.
I love Firestone's, it is always our go to restaurant for a lovely evening out, celebrations and for exceptional food. Tonight though I was a bit disappointed in my appetizer, I ordered the heirloom tomatoes and burrata which I have had before and it was superb, tonight it was quite large more like a salad, the tomatoes did not seem or look to be heirloom and did not have the wonderful sweet flavor they had before. The burrata where it was good before it was so unbelievably creamy. If I had never had the first dish I would have said nothing. The scallops with risotto (thank you Chef for making the substitution) I can't begin to tell you how good they were, my husband also loved his oysters with three different dipping sauces and the artic char with risotto he said was one of the best meals he has had at Firestone's. We will continue to frequent Firestones as I said, it exceptional in so many ways and we love it!
We made reservations on the Saturday prior to Fatherâs Day at 2:30pm for our party of 6. The website states that they give reservations a 15 min grace period in which to arrive. A few of our group were not there exactly at 2:30. They arrived at 2:42. We were all there, but we were told that they couldnât seat us upstairs after 2:30 because that area gets closed down. Ok, I get that. They attempted to seat us in the adjacent âSide Carâ location, but they were closing early. I was ok sitting on the first floor, since that is what I expected anyway. But at 2:45, I was told that unless we ordered before 3pm, we would have to order from an abbreviated âtavern menuâ. Luckily, a table opened up and we were seated at 2:47 and then had to quickly order so our order could be placed with the kitchen prior to 3pm. It was an uncomfortable start to our Fatherâs Day luncheon with our elderly grandparents (86 & 90). But, once we got past that, the meal was wonderful. The manager was very helpful with our early issues and the service was very good. I had just had dinner at Firestoneâs for the first time 5 days prior to this visit and enjoyed my meal tremendously, which is why I chose to return for lunch/brunch. If we hadnât had the problems upon arriving, I would have been much happier with my visit. The website needs to make sure to state that the upstairs seating isnât available anytime after exactly 2:30 and that the full menu is not available after 3pm. I will definitely return, but maybe not have such high expectations that a reservation will make things go smoothly. The food is fantastic though.
Salad was wilted and tough. Kale was old and not stemmed. Was advertised as Kale Ceasar. Nothing g Ceasar about it. Rolls were old, hard and terrible. I don't recommend this restaurant.
