Adorable and delicious holiday themed cookies.
This place is amazing. If you have a sweet tooth you need to take a trip to Ed's.

Open once a month and worth the wait. Baked goods taste fantastic. Fresh vegatables and corn looked very good.
Ed makes the very best cakes I have ever had!!
I wanted to buy everything! Their baked goods all looked and tasted so delicious.
best donuts and pies. I can't wait to try more soon
I got the om raisin, butter crunch and sugar cookies and they were delicious!! I also sent the same cookies to my friend in MD and she got so quiet on the phone and started humming. She said oh yeah feel free to send me more lol.
This is a nice drive and located on a farm. They are organized, the store is clean, and they post on Facebook to let everybody know what will be in store that day. It's open the second Saturday of each month. They sell various baked goods and fresh eggs. I was hoping for fresh milk but forgot to ask after seeing the baked goods. Before visiting this bakery I read many reviews to get an idea of what to expect.I purchased a peanut butter pie(8 inch, $16), which had a nice peanut butter flavor and was nicely decorated. It seemed to be a refrigerator type pie and quite sweet. It is similar to a regular cheesecake, but denser, sweeter, and the crust was crumbly. It didn't hold together as much as it should. It was good overall.I also purchased a single layer boston cream pie (8 inch, $16), but it was dry and the cream didn't seem homemade and left a bad aftertaste. There wasn't very much cream between the layers which was disappointing. I don't think I will try that one again. But I would go back to try other items.Overall I think it's a good bakery and would recommend it to everyone.
