First time at Dutch’s Daughter & I will be back to indulge in more!Prices are expensive but the quality of the food was very good. Personally they could shave a few dollars off but I digress.My family & I had Calamari, Crab Dip w/ Bread, Hot and spicy shrimp, king salmon I believe, crab cakes, scallops and everything came with salads.The bread they served was delicious and warm and they provided honey butter along with regular butter which is a fave of mine. The seafood had a very fresh taste too it and that was a highlight for me!I wish I took pictures to show how delicious it all was but believe me, any pictures you may find online does it justice.The service was great also! We didn’t wait long for food, service, or even refills!If your looking for a great seafood place to try, Dutch’s Daughter should be on Your list!

Dutch’s Daughter has always been spot on with both food and service. It’s hard to please everyone in a party of our size but they managed to accomplish this with ease.
We were in town doing a show at the Frederick fairgrounds. We usually always make The Dutchs Daughter a stop for lunch or dinner. The food is always excellent here. The crabcakes are always delicious and the crab soup is always very good. I never had a bad meal at this place. The food is always fresh. The desserts are very good as well. This is my place for crabcakes though. They make awesome crabcakes for sure. Great decor, service is always good and the food is always excellent every time we visit. Love the food here!! Crab heaven!!
Prices are high, but the food, service, and ambiance is worth every penny. I had the crab cakes, all crab meat , no filler. The crab soup was great also. It is as if you have your own server, someone was there to check our needs at every turn.
We hadn't eaten here for years, but we went to brunch and it was fabulous. We had a large party, including children. They took reservations, the staff was wonderful and the food was great. Don't miss the cream of crab!
Banquet halls are rare these days and I was skeptical but DD put out an excellent plated lunch for a friend’s promotion party. The salad was fresh and bountiful and the beef nicely cooked although it could have used a little more seasoning. The chicken was excellent, soft, tasty and tender. Side veg fresh and crispy with a nice twice baked potato. We’d give their restaurant arm a shot
