Worst DD ever. The staff is rude and complacent. The convenience of the location doesn't outweigh the poor experience. Better off sticking to the New Market location.
Worst Dunkin ever, half the time they charge you correctly but when you get your order it’s mostly wrong, I make it a habit to avoid this one, it doesn’t help that it’s being run by a bunch of 15 years olds, this is one of the bad Dunkins, the only good thing about it is the convenient location
The coffee tasted as expected however as I was drinking about half way started tasting little crumbs which turned out to be coffee grounds. I have never had this in all years of having coffee from DD. The other problem this location they have not had plain glazed donuts last three visits. The simple plain donut all donuts start from and they don’t have any??? Stopped by before 9 am and was told they didn’t have any. Stopped by in the afternoon still don’t have any. Regardless of the time they never have glazed donuts. Now I am getting coffee grinds in my coffee. Think time go back SB or maybe just go Sheetz. Sad to say but always loved DD but this location falls short. This is new place too so think they would be up to speed. Tried to call the store about the grounds in my coffee and couldn’t get anyone on phone. What is left in photo is half of what was in my coffee the rest landed on my tongue took some effort get off and at work very uncomfortable situation have coffee grounds stuck on lips and in mouth.
I don’t think a lot of people realize that most of the workers there are high schoolers/just getting out of high school. Yes I know it can be frustrating when you’re favorite drink is out or there’s no donuts, but they can’t control that. And it’s probably more stressful for them when they get rude and nasty customers when they’re understaffed. Every time I went there I had a great experience. I know some of the workers personally and they are amazing individuals in the work area and out of the work area. It’s a shame people can be so rude instead of putting themselves in the workers shoes. Best of wishes to every worker at this Dunkin you guys rock.
the girl with the beautiful blue hair and ò u ó sort of eyebrows draws very beautiful cats and hearts on my frozen coffee (it only works with mocha and caramel frozen coffees if you also would like a beautiful cat or heart on your frozen coffee does not cost extra). she is also so knowledgable about donut varieties. couldn't be happier. other employees are nice too.
Why is it that every time I go either to the drive thru or walk in with a mobile order, they don’t have what I want and can’t inform you before you get there? I understand the app is hard to keep updated, but how can a latte machine always be broken? And why is it seemingly staffed by people who don’t know how to delegate to keep people from waiting too long? Seriously! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in that location only to be ignored. Never again. I’ll drive out of my way to get my Dunkin before going back there.
This location is honestly one of the best in frederick, they are understaffed 99% of the time so i always make sure i’m not hard on them. although they’re young they are so polite. You can’t make everyone happy as some of these comments are just plain rude. Most of the time you see the same people working everyday never getting a day off and i respect that so much.
I've only been here twice. But yesterday, I went in at 530pm and ask for a dozen. Employee came out and said "we only have 7 doughnuts left." What?? How do you not have doughnuts? I gave a 2 star because the situation was pretty funny honestly. Good location. Very nice store.
I’ve stopped by this location twice and each time they’ve tried to refuse my order saying that they were closing/closed. The first time was around 7:30 which is still 30 minutes ahead of the posted 8:00 PM store hours. They gave the excuse of pouring out the unused coffee ahead of closing which is a weird excuse and generally bizarre to discard product BEFORE closing, but believable I guess. However, I stopped by today at 4:45 and they said the same thing again. This time, I prepaid for my order through the app and had to really push to have my order made since they also were unhelpful in explaining how my order would be refunded otherwise.I don’t know what sort of business they’re trying to run, but if you’d like a more frictionless coffee experience I’d suggest Starbucks or a different location. Two bad experiences in a row is more than enough.
Im glad Opposumtown Pike is still nearby , you realize in Frederick every location has long lines it’s just the way it is however this location has the worst customer service . As a daily coffee drinker i avoid this place at all costs . There’s a few employees who are consistent but there’s one or two employees that obviously take their jobs as a joke and it’s sad because the other employees and especially the customers look like they feel awkward and don’t want any part of the sarcasm and playing around. The manager needs to pull that place together. I hope the sarcastic female wasn't the manager
