I got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant this morning then came home and noticed the bread was burnt. That wasn’t the first time I had burnt bread the last time when I got it the bread was burnt. So with that being said I will not go to this Dunkin Donuts anymore I’ll go elsewhere where’s it’s made right.
Ordered on my app and picked up at the drive thru. So convenient and easy to order food that way.
Typical Dunkin. Cold brew was good, didn't taste burnt like some locations. Assorted munchkins could use more assortment, only 4 flavors. Drive thru was fast and efficient, though a bit awkward to get to, it's behind the building. There is limited parking in front of the building and some extra DD reserved spots in the lot behind the building... It is a bit of a walk, thru the busy driveway to get to the building. Staff were nice and pleasant.
Door was locked, sign outside should be updated to say drive through only of that was the case. Maybe it was just for certain time. Was also given the wrong donut, which is why I like to go inside, especially while traveling as there are some regional differences apparently.
Like most DD in the morning you should put a mobile order in and pick it up in store or you will wait either in store or in a long line àt the drive thru that said service is done with a smile and if you use the app their rewards program is one of the better ones out there
Best location in Hagerstown MD is the daul highway one is the best Dunkin I've ever been to. They are accurate quick friendly and always give you service with a smile. It's my favorite Dunkin and I'm so thankful I live 5 minutes away from it.
I bought a toasted bagel w/butter and what I received looked dry, and not freshly made.It was obviously reheated (maybe microwave?) and looked absolutely disgusting.It definitely was not freshly toasted and buttered. It looked as if it had been prepared hours, previously.
Went here for an ice coffee and it was sour. Reached out the the company and they ignored my message. Guess they don’t really care for customers who come here.
Service is horrible. Cashier in the morning is always rude and unsanitary. She digs her nails into my doughnuts purposely. When I ask her about it she gets an attitude instantly. I spoken to Mgmt staff about and nothing is done about it
