Ordered and PAID for 14 pizzas for a birthday party the day before the party. Was told it would be delivered the next day at 12pm. No one showed up and no one answered the phone. My Mom drove to the store in hopes to pick up the pizza to only find out the store was closed. They then called me at 1pm to let me know they opened late and were working on my order. The party was over by then and 50 + people did not get to eat lunch. This is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this location again.
Tried ordering using the app and kept getting an error saying I had to call the store directly. This is the third time this has happened in the last month. After speaking to them, they refuse to honor the online coupon price, that i tried to use, but the app wasnt working. WTH, if you are looking to satisfy your customers, you should honor the online price if your app is at fault! Done with this place, way too many options in Urbana
The good. < $20 for two 14" pizzas. The bad news? The app asks you where the curbside should happen, like the millions spent on the commercials show. The kid who brought my pizza out, ignored that, and was not polite. The pizza? Chewy and tasteless. I should have eaten a frozen pizza instead.
This place is terrible.. went there and ordered a steak sub without the bun. Sorry we can't do that. Ok.. i'll remove the bun myself. So I proceed to tell her I only want mayo and onions and she said sorry we can't do that. So I walked out.
Amazing place to work and eat at, it's a very friendly and sociable environment and I love my co-workers and managers. Domino's has been my very first job and it has given me so many chances to be better after I have made a lot of mistakes.
If you enjoy consistency, do not come to the urbana dominos establishment. Especially if the cook Zack is working, Zack likes to make only cheese pizzas. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and got only cheese. Called the store, they were nice and said that they’d send another pizza. 30 minutes later we get another pizza which is again all cheese, I call the store back and Zack tells me that he made both of those pizzas and even delivered the second one and assured me there was pepperoni. Zack was adamant, abrasive and rude one might say. Zack is the type of person that will make you drive to the location to check your pizza, just to slam a pepperoni pizza on the counter and walk away with no apology. This establishment is pretty good unless Zack is working, that silly goober doesn’t know a penny from a dime
Have had hit or miss experiences here so far. Waited way too long past their timeframes twice so far. Other than that, they have been pleasant and it’s a decent GF pizza for the price. Would guess they need more staff.
Great specials that get you a lot of great food for great price. My pizza was amazing when I picked it up. Thank you Team Treacy and Jerry for this great location. Keep it up.
New spot, didn't have anything negative so far. Kids are trying their best, and it'll only get better! Nothing negative to say. Nope in the other hand that Chipotle !!! Yeah, scam, rip off for an expired sour food. But not in dominos. My exp has been great so far!
The guys there are very polite and super fast.
