I've only been to Distilled for brunch bit it's a nice place! The food options are good, my personal favorite being the eggs benedict. My favorite thing about Distilled is their bottomless mimosas for brunch! I love getting to go there especially with a group of people and getting together. We visited on Sunday and I ordered the breakfast platter with pancakes, sausage, eggs, and wheat toast, it was lovely!

We have visited this place several times and have never been disappointed. The signature drinks are excellent my husband says they make the best dirty Martini in Frederick. The food has always been delicious and we have explored a good portion of the menu. Great atmosphere and vibe

Came in for brunch on Sunday and had bottomless mimosas. I ordered the breakfast platter which came with eggs, sausage, French toast, and regular toast. This a regular brunch spot for us and is always on point for food and refills.

Uptown casual hangout place. Great service.Food is great. Even though it is a usual menu, everyone visiting will find something to eat. I loved the salmon entree, the rice was delicious and fluffy (correctly cooked), black bean burgers are good. Appetizers (chicken wings, nachos, cauliflower and calamari) with drinks - best combo.Yes, they close at 2pm (including kitchen). Every Friday and Saturday, they have DJ night from 10pm. So no children after 10.Jane was our waitress - she was great, kind and helpful.Entrance faces south and it is wheelchair accessible. Clean restrooms. Will come back in future and recommend this place.

Overall a decent place. Went to there Brunch on Sunday mid morning. Bottomless mimosas for $10. The staff frequently came around making sure our cups weren't empty. The breakfast was ok. Ordered there Breakfast platter. I would say a breakfast at silver diner taste better. But Staff and place was nice. Would come again to try there lunch or diner though.

I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars mainly for two reasons. One, the establishment is absolutely beautiful and two, Elyse is one of the best waitresses I have ever encountered. She was bright, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and had an awesome personality. She is a great addition to your business. The negative, and there is only one. Your manager. On a quiet Sunday night with minimal business, my wife and I watched Mike (Manager on site) talk and converse with every single customer, except for my wife and I. Was it because of race or skin color? who knows. All I know is my wife was so bothered by it, she went and said something to him on our way out and she said,”we noticed we were the only table you didn’t come and check on, but we just wanted to let you know that Elyse did a fantastic job”. He politely smiled, said thank you and asked if this was our first time. It would have been my last if that food wasn’t so good and the service so great. Somebody needs to speak to him and let him know he needs to represent that business better and not pull his phone out of his pocket so much when attending to customers. But a big huge thank you to our server and bartender for our awesome margaritas. Also, the menu I felt had a great balance of whole meals as well as snack and dessert items. But 5 stars for presentation, our server and bartender and overall great experience. Zero stars for the manager!!

First time visiting here. Sunday brunch from 10am to 2pm. Endless mimosas! So many different ones to choose from. Pineapple. cranberry, grapefruit and orange juice. Breakfast options were decent too.

I visited Distilled a week ago as well as today. Last Sunday I had their Corn Beef & Hash Benedict. The roasted (slathered in oil) potatoes were covered in herbs and they were extremely overpowering. I love rosemary, but when I bite into a bitter stem every two seconds it takes away from the meal. The meal lacked taste even though all the main ingredients were present. It had all the qualities of a great dish but the flavor is just not there and the hollandaise doesn’t save the dish. Today I brought along two others (their first time) and I tried the Traditional Eggs Benedict and again the food was a let down. I only finished half of the Benedict (friend #1 did the same). Friend #2 got the French Toast Melt. The melt was greasy beyond belief and tasted like bacon, craft cheese, powdered sugar, and a lot of oil (her words not mine). The service was good on both occasions. Staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is fine. I understand what makes them “awesome” is the bottomless mimosas, but maybe that’s why people think it’s so great. By the time food comes around your taste buds are on the level of Waffle House at 1AM. It’s a great location just work on the menu.

Food was cold. Beers were warm - Micheladas with old bay covering the glasses. Busy for a Sunday. We won’t be coming back to eat here. Ordered the Bella burrito. No “bellas” to be found just the chicken that was an additional charge. Service was mediocre at best. I will say it was busy but not enough to forget our drinks and spent 15 minutes waiting to pay. Maybe use to be better?

Colleen is the best manager EVER!
