Meh. Food was mediocre. I usually love Cracker Barrel. I have fond memories, but this experience was sub par. The person at the front didn't greet us and barely spoke. Our server was fantastic. She was kind and pleasant and even offered to let my four year old use her pen cause they were out of crayons - and yes, Dad fail here as I should have brought something in with me and not relied on the restaurant.The food was okay. It felt very cafeteria instead of home town cooking. I had the roast beef, broccoli, and the loaded hash brown casserole (I think that's what it's called). The broccoli was good. My daughter enjoyed her kid mac and cheese. Overall, I'd say it was a lackluster performance by them.
Whoever cooks here has no tongue and no taste buds in their mouth! French toast was nasty, bacon under cooked and white toast wasn't even normal. No flavor at all! Don't waste your time worst breakfast I ever had! All I could eat was my scramble eggs?
The restaurant is always busy around noon and it is always nice to see a lot of people, even though the wait time can be very long. Luckily, they have a very unique store to browse through while waiting.The food is always comforting and filling. I got the maple glazed chicken with bacon, fries, and mac & cheese. It is my favorite item on the menu because the maple flavor encompasses the flavors making the chicken very savory. I did ask for ranch and it took 10 minutes to come out, but i understand it is a one-time thing. It is the perfect restaurant to go to with your family.

This place has gone downhill in the quality of food and the staff are a complete joke. On 3/28/22 I placed a curbside pick-up order to be ready at 6:13pm. I pulled up in spot #4 at 6:18pm with two other cars ahead of me. I watched one of your employees bring out the order to first car, look directly at my car and the other one ahead of me and go back inside. I sat there until 6:37pm and finally got fed up. I walk inside to the first register and see my order sitting there on the shelf with another order that probably belonged to the car sitting next to me. That same employee was standing at the register doing absolutely nothing. She is a young lady with black and blue braids and wears glasses. I told her I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for my order. She had an attitude and asked for my name then handed me my bag stating "oh, sorry". It was a cold and windy day and seeing how she walked slower than a tortoise, I knew she wasn't going to bring the food out. I have never waited that long for food from here nor have I ever been greeted with attitude like this young lady. Needless to say, because it was a cold day, I was ready to tip the person doing curbside orders $10 but of course your nasty associate missed out. It was not crowded at all during this time.I ordered chicken and dumplings and I could definitely score it at a C- Sadly, the best thing I had out of my meal was carrots. My food was cold by the time I got it home. There were huge chunks of chicken at the bottom of the plate, the dumplings lacked broth, and the broccoli taste like acid. You guys have a hiring sign out front and I hope you do way better than the young lady I encountered. I have always loved Cracker Barrel, but this was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't tell anyone to go there at this point. Whoever the manager is at this place please get your staff in order. I will not be coming back.
Do not do curbside, they will not come out even if you go through the app to let them know you're there. I waited 20 minutes in the car before heading in as I had children with me and I was the only adult. When I went it I was told that I just needed to check the shelf. Our family meal was cold and the ice cream was obviously melted.The staff was nice so that was plus.
I ordered take out pancakes for breakfast because I really didn’t wanna deal with the crowd, to say I was absolutely disappointed is an understatement.
Yes, excellent table service. And the food is carefully prepared by the kitchen. We especially like the fact that the coffee is hot and super fresh. Our coffee cups were heated, and the dinner plates were suitably warm. One had the cheeseburger with fries and made it disappear, with gusto!!! Veggies on all vegetable plate were bright and fresh and perfectly prepared. The country fried steak is nicely cooked with two good sides. Cracker Barrel has managed to keep excellent servers despite the problems caused by Covid.

Visited in PM of snow storm, mostly empty, so can't say much about wait for prime dining hours. Trout and broccoli excellent, cooked just as should and broccoli firm, but not crunchy like too often undercooked elsewhere. This cook just was reportedly rehired back, and seems talented. Wife's meatloaf also tasty. Waitress "Yolanda" attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Included biscuits and cornbread took home for snacks!
