Sad to say I’ve had two bad experiences now… the first was when I requested and paid for additional toppings to be added to then finding out it wasn’t added because the worker was more focused on getting the line down… there were only 2 people in the line behind me which made no sense why she had to rush me out. This time I believe I got expired vanilla ice cream. I always order the same ice cream “birthday remix” I know how it’s suppose to taste and this did not taste like that one bit, it tasted sour. Which I then had to throw the whole ice cream out.. I was highly upset because I paid a lot for it and really wanted some good ice cream to end my day .

I was in the area and decided to stop by to try an ice cream, I ordered coffee lovers only, it was delicious with well-roasted nuts, although I was hesitant because I am a chocolate lover, but I don't regret it and I am sure there will be other flavors just as exquisite. As for the staff, they treated me with care, remember that they are teenagers and we all go through that age and you are not born with experience, so I invite you to try an ice cream, live your life, be happy and let others live their own lives. Ordered online for pickup while in the area and didn’t look until I arrived home. Ordered a kid's cup that had almost nothing in it. The other item a quart was not made properly and did not have the mix-ins I ordered. It did have sprinkles which I did not want or order but I assume that was from them not cleaning between orders. Overpriced slop runny ice cream and if I lived closer I would have taken both items back. Coldstone should really consider pulling the franchise from theses people based on reviews and lack of caring to run a better business. Stay away from this Coldstone location.
Came for the vegan Silk chocolate almond milk based ice cream. Very good! Hope they will continue to get more vegan options and flavors.

Quite lackluster in the service here, despite having four employees & only 2 of us customers. The one young lady with the evil eye necklace was absolutely excellent, but her three compatriots were not. I literally walked up to the counter and the first one stared at me blankly until I finally said hello. Zero eye contact from anyone other than the one good employee. I suppose a lesbian couple and top level model are too much for this place. Five stars for the first lady and zero for everything else. Not LGBTQ friendly. The ice cream was decent.

Everything was good but the pricing was horrible I paid $8 for one scoop of ice cream it taste good but $8 for one scoop is too expensive id rather go to the store and buy a big tub of ice cream for $5 then pay $8 for one scoop
