We loved our Cicis that was local to us until they shut down. Now every time we travel we search for one to get our fix. This one however... opened at 11, we arrived at 11:10 and not 1 pizza was even cooking. We specifically requested 2 different types of pizza, after all the 1/2 & 1/2 pizzas were out, they fixed one of the pizzas we requested. The other was a basic Alfredo, which we asked for a 3rd time! When they finally put it out, we asked if they could go ahead and start another. We eventually had to give up and get back on the road. Very disappointing visit and left still hungry ?
I always loved this place for the good food and reasonable prices, they still are affordable considering that everyone else has raised rates!But they definitely didn't have any pizzas made fresh out to eat?Not sure if it was just the end of day or more staffing issues?Thanks
This place is sad. One person in the back hustling and trying to make it happen on a Saturday mid day? What kind of management is that. Owner must be the guy at the register who has no idea how to operate a establishment. Pizza was never stocked. The franchise should step in. I won’t be back regardless
Awful service that can't keep a pizza bar stocked on a slow day let alone a day when they have more than 3 customers. Don't go to this location if you want pizza because you will not get it without waiting for 30+ mins for something you want to eat if they even make it at all.I requested a pizza listed on there always available menu 3 times before the manager said we don't carry that pizza. If you don't have that pizza any more take it off the list of pizzas we can order

I’m always going in there with maybe two pizzas at the buffet and they’re both almost gone. They should be prepared for when people are going to be expected to come in and have pizzas ready during the rush-hour times. Second, I called this location to ask a question. The lady who answered didn’t speak good English and when I asked to speak with someone else, she wouldn’t just give the phone to someone else that would better understand me. She flat out hung up on me!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been. The food is old... And I don't mean minutes I mean hours.The salad bar is completely unsanitary.The guy at the front handling money. Was also handling the salad bar and the food. Never washed his hands. Was always itching under his stomach line near his neither regions. Was taking food from the salad bar rolling it in his fingers and then throwing it back in the salad bar for people to eat.I recommend no one ever eat here unless you want to get sick.
Apparently the owner of this store has changed, and he is VERY rude and cheap. He wouldn't allow the staff to make pizzas that were requested, I believe they were understaffed because there were spills and messes everywhere which needed to be cleaned. I was highly disappointed at the way he spoke to my pregnant friend, and she pretty much paid to eat cheesy bread because he refused to make the pizza she wanted. I used to go all the time and loved going, but with change in owner, I doubt I'll be going as frequently, if at all.
Salad bar was almost empty. White sauce for pasta was so watery. 6 empty pans where there should have had pizza on them. Had to wait for what we wanted. Come on CiCi's I know you can do better!?
Pizza is good if fresh. Very reasonably priced. Wife had billing issues and cashier refused to resolve. Took several days to reach manager and few more days to receive refund. Besides being charged twice for 10+ guests it was good
