Ordered using the app and received a bowl without meat and lettuce. In addition, I ask for light hot salsa and they put extra with lught rice. It was never a great place to begin with but today's experience was the worst for sure. I will drive 5 more minute to go to different Chipotle.

The SLOWEST chipotle I’ve ever been to. We’ve tried this location 3 times and each time we’ve waited almost an hour past our pick up time. It’s currently 7:02pm, I’ve finally gotten my order and it was supposed to be done at 6:20pm. For food that is precooked and scooped into a bowl, that wait is unacceptable.Aside from the wait time, they got our order completely wrong on two of the three occasions. This time they didn’t include my third side of sour cream and my quesadilla has no veggies in it.

The service was quick and the food tasted as good as always. The decor was trendy and clean. Great overall experience!!

The one on 40 is much better. At Wormans Mill, the chicken is burned and tastes terrible (completely smokey and black). The bowl was half empty: I don’t mean the bowl was filled and the foil top was clear. The bowl itself was filled about half way to the top. I had rice with about 1/2 to 1/3 the normal servings of everything else. It was a waste of my hard earned money and we are all still hungry! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Over & over again these guys get our app orders wrong. The ticket on the lid lists the correct ingredients, but the food itself doesn’t match. Especially delightful when we pay for extra protein & there’s barely a single portion. And chipotle doesn’t issue refunds, just offers free entrees, which also end up wrong ??‍♀️ Not to mention how small the portions are now. Worst location ever.

So I was there today. Maria was working out front. She is absolutely amazing and can really cover some ground competently. Basically does the work of two people. When you show up on the weekend or any other time she isn't working, the whole place goes to he'll in a hand basket.To management: fix the problem. Duplicate Maria or pay her more to teach the others how to do their job correctly.

I am very disappointed of this chipotle location. The past couple of times I have gotten chipotle from this location have been very under served with all the proportions given. Today was the last time I get chipotle from this location, for the reasoning of me putting in a noble order for the quickest time of 4:50pm and didn’t receive the order till an hour later. It was very frustrating considering a family member was picking it up for me after they went inside and ordered.

Food as usual was good. I had placed an online order with and estimated pick up time of 830. I got there at 830 but never got my food until 955. There were no offers of refunds or apologies. Multiple people had waited an hour plus for mobile orders as they continued to work through the line of walk ins. I had been asked my name for my mobile order 3 times and each time was told it was coming up only to never get my food. Extremely disappointmented and recommend people don’t place online orders but order inside instead as at least that way you won’t wait over an hour like me.

Holy hell where was thus staff hired?!?! This used to be the best location and now there is NO WAY at any point of the day at any time you can get hot meal . Impossible. The longest lines I've ever seen for old cold food in half vacant sorry buckets .....like wow I had no idea you could consistently be that terrible without improving. !!

Let me start by saying that I order from here at least a few times a month. Tonight was horrible. I ordered dinner for my family in advance from the app. Set the pickup time to work with my schedule. When I arrived my order wasn’t there. After asking an employee it was determined that my order wasn’t in the system even though I had the confirmation and my card was charged. It took 30 minutes from the time I arrived to get my food and when I got home it was missing items, mislabeled, and incorrect. Guess I’ll be visiting another chipotle from now on.
