We frequent the different Chipotle restaurants in Frederick area, and unfortunately live closest to this location. They are consistently slow and often fail in execution. Initially we ascribed these problems to growing pains, but at this point, I think the blame lies with management or the local franchise owner.Today's experience was typical. Chipotlane order was supposed to be ready at 9:00pm. We were there at 9:00pm. Over the course of 20 minutes, I was asked by 4 store employees who the order was for (two came back and asked again). Mind you, we were the only car in the "Chipotlane" for the entire time and there were no other orders prepared next to the pickup window ready to go. Eventually I shut the car engine off. We saw one family dining in and barely any foot traffic in and out. A few employees were cleaning inside. I don't blame them. Anyone who came to the window to check on us was polite as well. But whomever is running the ship is failing and has been failing for a while. For us, it's probably quicker to order from the Westview site even if the drive is longer.They are doing a better job at making chips at the Urbana location, something they struggled with at the beginning. Of course they failed to write on the containers who the different bowls were for (or include utensils) but that's no biggie. Sometimes they get this right. Food tasted fine. Hope they up their game, but avoid unless dining in or putting in an online order that you can wait 20-30 minutes on.
This place is comically incompetent. They never get orders right. Online orders are always 20-30 minutes late. Got tacos there that were missing two of the ordered ingredients. Not sure how that’s possible. The employees all have the same attitude of the Chapelle Show popcopy skit. Definitely go somewhere else. Cannot imagine who is giving this place five stars.
Every time i come to pick up online order i have ended of cancelling orders after waiting more than 30 minutes because they always lost ticket or drop in floor some where god knows. Always short staff no one has time to greet or ask what are we waiting for. I used to be their regular but now not going back anymore because this place is Very disappointing !!
Stopped by today 3/19/2021 @ 4:31pm,Ordered 2 kids meals, which come with a quesadilla of your choice and 2 sides. The girl running the line, about 5,2 , white skin, light eyes refused to give us cheese as a side and said it will cost extra. I have never been told this ever!! In any chipotle. Well, I still decided to get the cheese ( at extra cost) yet, she proceeded to give a nasty attitude and throw the trays of food so they could be checked out. I asked the cashier for her name so I could verify the information she stated today and he refused to give it to me, yet told me to ask her myself. I waited for her to finish her line and kindly asked for her name and she turned around and ignored me. If the information given by her was real then she should've stand by what she said and given me her name... well... I guess not.... absolutely horrible customer service! They shouldn't work in customer service if they don't know how to treat people.
Prompt and friendly service! Food was very tasty and fresh! Dining room was clean and well organized.Kudos for all the crew members of this establishment as well as the A+ GM and his management team!!!!
This place has been consistently bad. I placed a pickup order and the food was cold and gross. It looked like all the other pickup orders had also been sitting out. Definitely do not stop by this Chipotle. Go to Moe's.
Worst experience I've ever had at chipotle. Cyra, syra, whatever her name was is not only the worst chipotle employee but the worst person I think I've ever met. She treated me and my husband with so much disrespect. One this store was out of many things I, as a vegetarian look forward to but was unable to have. I asked the cashier a question that I asked her (but she wasn't patient with me so I moved along) and she openly made a comment about how "people be asking questions when they already know the answer". While we sat and ate she was swearing in the back saying f*** and calling people hoes, etc. complaining about the costumers (us and another table of 6). My husband walked up to get a drink and she looked at him and said "what"; he proceeded to ask for it and she handed it to him and said here just take it. When we Began to leave she had a costumer saying he knew someone from the back and he wanted to know how much it would be, she stated to him the food was going to be free. They started arguing which seemed serious but could have been them joking. I'm not sure. Felt super uncomfortable and was super disappointed after a long day wanting one of my used to be places.
Horrible.I did an online order to save time. Once I got here, 20 minutes later, still waiting for pick up. Standing here for another 10 minutes and nothing. I ask where my order is and there is a stack of receipts hanging from the mobile/web order station. No one is manning this area. Service is gone nowadays ?Three employees standing chatting with another (off duty) while nothing is happening.
Customer service not so great! Initial worker wrote the wrong protein on my bowl. Second worker was informed it should be tufo not chicken, they responded with "but the bowl says chicken" with an attitude. Thier was sourcream drippings in the red salsa, pinto beans dried out, no quachamole and white rice looked clumpy and over cooked. Not a good experience tonight.
There online ordering may be the worst , they are constantly forgetting to put items in the bag today ( 1.16.22) my wife’s salad had the hot salsa which she didn’t order and she was unable to eat it ( 11.50 down the drain ) . I will never order online from here again there has Ben to many of these incidents to order not being there and kids quesadillas not not I the bag ( 3 times )
