The food was very good. They have changed the 2 for 25 to 3 for Me. We have ordered two items (one was sirloin). At the end, we saw extra price for soup and drinks and the sirloin was was separate. I asked and the guys said, the sirloin is not in the 3 for Me option. But it was clearly on their menu. I felt this is cheating. They should let us know before ordering. Very unsatisfied with this. Only giving three stars, because the food was good
Solid Chili's. Our service was friendly and helpful. All the food was as expected, except the chicken sandwich which could have used a little more time in the frier (it was cooked through but only just barely).Our drinks and apps came out staggered (one drink first, then the other a few mins later; same for apps) so that was a little funky but not a big deal.
It's Chili's - if you come with that expectation you should be plenty satisfied at this location. The honey chipotle chicken crispers have always been the bees knees, but recently they decided to put them on waffles with a little bacon and honestly I'm not mad at this decision. Obviously you'll need to order the southwest eggrolls and probably a margarita (or two - hey, I'm not judging) do yourself a favor and splurge on the blackberry patron marg. I'm loving the newer lighter menu options to balance the fried apps. The grilled southwest salad was perfect and covered lunch for the next day. During my most recent experience here, they were incredibly short-staffed. The manager was hosting and running food, and I'm pretty certain there was only one server in the dining room and one server in the bar area. Though this delayed our food a bit, everyone was working hard and made sure we had an exceptional time. Great team!
The most terrible and painful experience my wife and I had with a restaurant. We waited for an hour for both the main food and even the appetizer! Waitress even did not bother to come and explain what happened. This was our last visit to this restaurant
Worst experience ever at Chili's. Food was cold, servers never came around for refills, food took almost an hour to come to table. Chicken crispers used to be amazing now they are flat chicken strips.
Very attentive staff. The manager was the first one to welcome us and waitress, Griffin, has a special attention to the kids. The whole experience was amazing. I have been in many Chily’s before but I never had a good experience to write about. So I rather no to comment at all. However, the experience in this restaurant was so special that other restaurants in the area should come here to take a lesson on customer service, specially the one next to them. I also notice some other waiters a bit more relax with their customers but always with the respect and courteousness. Thanks you for being so attentive to us. Strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Whenever we go here to eat, it is always a great experience with the staff and the food. Tonight there was a mix up and the young waitress and the manager Earl were quick to correct the situation. Great job by all!
I do not know what The Chilis in Frederick does that makes them so great, but damn if they don’t do it every time! Because the Chili’s in Eldersburg is absolutely HORRIBLE. To point where it’s almost not edible. The Chili’s on Pegasus in Frederick A+’s and wows me every time! The sliders are tender and hot. Southwest egg rolls, I cannot say how much we love them. I personally drive from Olney 2x a week just for chips and salsa. It just is unfortunate I had to make sure that the Eldersburg Chili’s wasn’t having an off night. I endured that food 3x and what a waste of $120!! And it’s closer to me. At least I know when I make the trip to Frederick I won’t be let down!!!!!
We dined in for lunch and both the food and the service were great! Our food came out quickly and was just as we ordered it. Our server was very attentive and friendly.
The highlight of the restaurant was the spiked strawberry lemonade and the street corn. We got there and were told there was a 5-10 minute wait, about 20 minutes later we were seated, and then it took about 15 minutes for someone to even come over to the table. It was frustrating and I would have preferred that they just tell us it's a longer wait time. We won't be returning to this location.
