everything was amazing. paella had plenty of flavor and the seafood was cooked well. nothing overdone. most notable was the service. most places I go to, I notice that I only see my server once or twice. this was not the case. our server was always there once glasses needed refilled and was very on top.of prebussing our table between courses so that the table was not cluttered; which I appreciate most.
Always great food quality and smiling faces - one of my favorites is cacique salad with fajita steak on top. Tons of tomato, cucumber, and avocado and the protein portion is always generous.
We just ate at Cacique for the first time and are so impressed! The food is authentic and absolutely amazing (I recommend the trio fajitas)! Our waitress was wonderful and the two supervisors went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and everything went smoothly. No wonder they are so popular! The restaurant is also beautiful and classy, very tasteful. The front and back of the house are doing an amazing job!
Delicious food and great staff.
good food,fair prices,nice people
Great margaritas!! Service, particularly the water boys, are awesome!!!
Cute place in downtown Frederick. My husband and I had a GREAT experience! The service was perfectly attentive and very friendly, the food was delicious, and we totally plan to come back again! I ordered a Peruvian dish (steak with sauce) and it was really yummy. My husband had the tacos and he loved them. We shared guac and the salsa was perfectly spicy. We can't wait to try out some other dishes on our next visit.
Love this place !! Super clean . Food is amazing and the service is exceptional. Our waiter was so attentive
First off their web site is terrible. I tried to find a menu to check the offerings and their cost and there is no menu of their restaurant on their site. Just a frustrating search and it nearly stopped us from going here. But I'm glad we did. My dish was the Seafood Saltado which in all honesty was a bit disappointing. It just had little flavor. But the meal was saved once I tried my wife's dish, I can not remember the name and when I clicked "Place an Order" on their Facebook page it is not on that menu even though we enjoyed it just 3 night ago. They really need to improve their online presence, Anyway it was a beef dish, a steak cut into pieces in this wonderfully flavorful sauce. Given the cost at around $20 I can't think of a better meal on Market Street, it was delicious.
This was the first place we ate after coronavirus restrictions started to let you dine in again. It was packed, humid, and super loud but I obliged my partner because they love Spanish food. My nerves about the mix of loud music and obviously getting drunk customers aside the menu looked delicious. They got the seafood enchilada and I got paella. Mine came last and it was cold. The rice was undercooked and the seafood miniscule and overcooked. The sausage looked like someone microwaved it. I never have the nerve to complain if my food is wrong or weird but it was so bad my partner was about to until I begged them not to. Their food was hot, beautiful, and generous in portion. The tortilla chips, salsa, and queso was awesome. The waitress even looked at my plate and me and kept asking if everything was okay. They could even see how bad it looked and commented that it was usually "prettier" than that, but I was too nervous to say. It ended up being like $60 and that hurt. If I was braver I would not have paid for that disgrace to paella. Everything else was great but I don't think I will ever come back here.
