We had the pleasure of trying this BBQ in Thurmont, and OMG the beef brisket was the BEST ever. We love trying different BBQ places and this place was amazing. The brisket had the right amount of fat, crusty edge and moist fall apart texture!! Loved it so much bought 1lb of beef brisket for today. I only tried the pulled pork and beef brisket but it fit into my carnivore way perfectly!! Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich with sides and loved everything he had! Hope to run into this place again!
Jerrod and Bub-B-Que has catered several corporate holiday and/or celebration events! He has always delivered excellent quality food with rave reviews from associates. Highly recommend for catering or family meals!
The food is so good ? from the coleslaw to the mash potatoes was just off the hook. We weren’t lucky to get the ribs nor Mac n cheese. This is a great hidden spot.
Bub-B-Que catered our company picnic yesterday. BEST BBQ EVER!! The brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, kielbasa, loaded potato salad and Mac & cheese were a hit with everyone! Thank you to Bub-B-Que for filling our bellies and putting a smile on all our faces!
Jerrod & Bub-B-Que catered my wedding. He was great to work with, had lots of great ideas for the menu and how to make sure everyone had enough to eat, and IT WAS DELICIOUS! He's a meat wizard! All of my guests commented on how great the food was and how nice he and his staff were. Highly recommended, can't wait to catch up with him and his crew in Frederick for another tasty meal.

Excellent! Probably the best BBQ I've had in the Frederick area. The brisket's juicy, the ribs are amazing, and the wings are absolutely brilliant. Absolutely worth the price. You won't be disappointed.
Ya know.. when you order some food on a bone.. isnt it supposed to stay there? I swear something is wrong with his grill setup cause everything is falling apart. And the sauce? Don't get me started I could just drink it.. and well thats just not healthy.Absolutely love this place and always tell everyone I know who enjoys bbq #YallMhonAnEat.
Great food, friendly service. Giant portions so don't be scared of the price! Excellent Mom and Pop BBQ stand with an excellent attitude.
