I love this ice cream palace. I patron here when I have a serious craving for ice cream. The service is fast and friendly. I really like the drive thru, its so convenient and fast.
Was a perfect spot to get a treat. They are generous with their scoops and toppings and are super tasty.
I came a little close to closing time so i understand if everyone was trying to leave early. Google said 11 and i got there a little after 10. There was a woman up at the window before me so i thought they were still taking orders. I parked and when i got to the window everyone was still inside but no one came to open it to even to say they were closed early. It was extremely rude bc they would come up close to window to do something on the tablet up front and not say anything or even look at me. So it wasnt even like they didnt notice me or anything. They couldve just opened the window and said they were closed it wouldve been fine. I went back to my car after being ignored for like 5 mins and as soon as i left everyone inside came out and got in to their cars that were parked all around me. We all made eye contact and it was extremely awkward. It was just extremely rude it wasnt even 10:30 yet i guess everyone wanted to leave early but they couldve just said that. They spoke to the woman before me but chose to ignore me so it was just extremely rude. Ive never felt the need to leave a bad review for a place i feel like thats unnecessary but this is truly the rudest thing thats ever happened to me somewhere.
Very yummy ice cream. Reminds me of a mom n pop shop I enjoyed as a kid before kids and Dairy Queen took over.
THE BEST DAMN ICE CREAM EVER!!!! The lines are always super long but it moves pretty fast and it is completely worth every single minute you have to wait. It is a little pricey but the servings are huge. Everything they they serve is made in the shop. The staff is friendly and move quickly and gets the order done right. If the order isn't done right they have no problem doing it over. Your kids will love it and your sweetheart will love you a little bit more. So get some before they close up for the off season...

Chocolate raspberry truffle is my favorite! But you can't go wrong with any flavor at Bruster's. Walk up or drive thru orders. Large servings! Mmm! I need ice cream now!
