Like always, the ice cream was delicious.Very friendly and fast service, we placed 6 orders and all of them were right. But, the mint chocolate chip ice cream was too melted for my taste, my self and a couple of my family member had to eat fast before it turned into liquid.
The blonde girl at the drive through messed up our order and then gave us an attitude when we got back through the drive thru. We always have this issue there!!!! She was very rude to us with 2 kids in the car
Bruster's is the best they've started asking for tips now but it's kinda not a tip type of service... U ask for ice cream you pay for ice cream they give you ice cream what is there to tip?...
Our go to spot for ice cream in Frederick. They have a big menu with lots of different flavors and a variety of items like milkshakes, sundaes, cones, etc. The scoops are really big. They give out coupons sometimes and I use their rewards program to get a birthday treat and $5 off every once in a while. They also offer free pup cups for our puppies which comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a milk bone treat. The drive thru is really fast or you can go up to the counter to order and sit outside on the benches or tables.
Today Friday , April 15th, 2022 I had occasion to visit the Crestwood location. Alex smiled, was courteous and prepared my order without hesitation. He wore his smile like a true professional. On Saturday, April 9, 2022 we visited and were treated poorly.His shirt said "manager". He threw our receipts in the trash. No smile, no greeting, no personality. I wanted to get away from him, however, I addicted to Chocolate Raspberry Truffle and Nutty Coconut. Alex well deserves the title as Manager, not the other. Please pay attention!
I love Brusters Ice Cream. The banana ice cream is to die for . Love the fact that it forces you to be near people and possibly mingle. In this day and age it might do you some good to actually communicate with people . COVID has really strained our human to human connections. Where else to it than having ice cream at Brusters!

One of our favorites in Frederick for ice cream! LOVE the nutty coconut ice cream. It's full of almond chunks and has a natural and distinct coconut flavour. Also love the death by chocolate. Chocolate peppermint is good. The peppermint chunks are a bit too big and much for me, but the flavor is good. One of my group always gets the cherry vanilla and another gets a chocolate blast with oreo chunks so it's more like soft ice cream. We recently tried the Graham central station which is a Graham cracker ice cream with chocolate chunks and is delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Last time a young man made this recommendation based on what else we liked. I was impressed with his knowledge of the flavors and groupings of preferences. Prices are reasonable. The location is basically a parking lot and offers little for ambiance, but it's easy to get in/out and to get to. Any day is a Bruester's day!
