Staff was pretty busy talking to each other, didn't really have time for us. Flavors in cases we're mismarked or not marked at all.

Always, always have issues at this B&R! Unfriendly staff who seem like we're inconveniencing them. 1. Out of product, last two times we went they were out of Mint Chocolate Chip! w/in a two week span. 2. I was advised to not get my son's Rainbow Sherbet on a cone, she told me it would fall off and wanted to put it in a cup. We got it on a cone (as we always do) and it was fine, as per usual. 3. The regular scoops were airy and light and small. I just feel like it's always something at this store.

I sent my small son into the men's restroom as was absolutely appalled. It was so filthy - looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. To top it off there was no soap in the dispenser either. We had already ordered our food or else I would have walked out of there - makes me wonder how clean the kitchen area is..
