Staff not personable or friendly. Seemed irritated by our presence and were too concerned about talking to their friends.
I hate coming here but haven’t been here for awhile so I decided to go. Ordered a coffee and an ice cream cone... the coffee lid was not all the way on and spilled all over me and in the car !!! And then to top it all off the cone was stale !!!!Never again !!!!

My family and I visited this location in the Westview Shopping Center in Frederick last night . I’ve been in many Baskin and Robbins over the years beginning in Virginia in 1974 and have always enjoyed their ice cream . I have to say our visit tonight was an exception to those positive experiences. First , many of the ice creams were missing labels and those that had labels were incorrect . When asked , the server couldn’t identify the flavor . Were they not properly trained by management? The ice cream was pretty soft and she couldn’t even give us a proper size scoop so we definitely didn’t feel we got our monies worth . On top of all this she didn’t even know what a cake cone or sprinkles were when requested. Again , it appeared to be a lack of proper training . I like so many of the Baskin and Robins ice cream flavors and have previously enjoyed visiting their other establishments , but, tonight was a big disappointment. It definitely makes me less likely to revisit there again .
This is a review of the Baskin Robins in Westview Plaza in Frederick MD. I've loved their icecream since my first icecream cake on my 5th birthday back in 1967. This experience was a supreme disappointment. The icecream was mislabeled, the employee was not helpful in any way. When I asked any question, she would say "I don't know". I'm confused. When I was a first job employee, I was ALWAYS told, if I didn't know an answer to a customer question, you'd say "I don't know, but I will find out". Shameful!
Usually great but the past couple times I've gone they've given me the wrong flavor :/
I’m doing deliveries for Postmates, I get a decent order in for Baskin Robbins, I show up and am in the store by 9pm. Yes it’s 858. But that’s not 9. I tell the cashier the order (young guy) he says he needs to go in the back to check for toppings that the customer has requested. Comes back a minute later to then tell me that they are closed and he can’t make the order. I tell him, I was in the store by 9 he says “I’ve got stuff to do at home, I don’t wanna stay here” what a great employee to delay and then request that he doesn’t want to serve his customer. I don’t post reviews a lot, but that’s some customer dissatisfaction if I’ve ever seen it. If you don’t wanna work, don’t work, but don’t refuse a paying customer.
We frequent this location often, both in the morning and later in the day. Always received fantastic service.
