Waited 30ish min for 2 steak dinners, asked for medium well and they both came well done and hard to cut with burnt edges. Our waiter was a sweetheart and very kind but we won't be back.
food was fresh and tasty but used applebee's car side to go and when I got home I didn't have dressing for either of my salads...always check the bag

Food was so-so. Sadly the servers nor the manager know anything about the promotions and how to help their customers apply those promotions. Nor can they read simpleInstructions on those promotions. After spending over $70 on a meal, I lost out on my discount tickets to the Top Gun movie because 2 servers, and the manager had no clue how to get me my promotion for the tickets while demonstrating their clear lack of reading skills.If a restaurant has a promotion, shouldn’t all the employees be trained on how to apply those promotions for the customer???? Especially the manager of all people?!? Hello!!
No wait time food is excellent good prices and the server Jacob was awesome and I mean awesome if you go to Applebee's ask for Jacob
The server was rude and inattentive. Just couldn’t be bothered to be there. None of the staff seemed to care that there was a customer that was screaming the lyrics to every song that was played while banging on the table. I love Applebee’s food and atmosphere normally. This location hasn’t been good any of the times I’m been there. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but no more.
Bartender was perfect balance of hospital as well as non-intrusive. Facilities were clean, well lit with a good atmosphere. Their team seemed well oiled from bottom to top and food was right colors, right temp, well played and timely.
Placed a curbside order. Had to wait 27 minutes, and they didn't bring it out until I said something to a server taking out an order to a car that arrived after me. Food was ice cold, the hamburger bun was soggy, and the server had an attitude when I asked for my order to be checked. Not coming back.
If I could rate 0 star I will. The service I very bad and the only reason they're getting a 1 star is because the manager apologized to us for sitting over 30mins waiting for napkins and being served cold food which I had to walk back to the waitress with my plates to ask for my plate to be heated. Won't go to Applebee's again, that was me giving them a second chance and obviously they didn't deserve it. ??
