Holy Crap. great time at anchor bar tonight, unusual lack of crown for a Saturday night but Freddy Hall the musical gig was surprisingly great, great variety of genres and songs, management really needs to consider having him back, much, much better than the regular few they have in their roladex, bar staff and manager as usual were fantastic.
The best time always when we go to Anchor Bar. Leah, Tonya are fabulous behind the bar. Kyle the bar back works his butt off as well. Their personalities and their customer service are all top notch. Our go to place because of the bartenders.
I would absolutely recommend this place for the white pizza, wings(garlic Parmesan) and most of all for the bartenders Leah and Tonya service as soon as we walk in we have what we are asking for and always fun, dedicated and putting the best for the time while we’re here! We will definitely come back and recommend this place based on them! Thank you girls to making us feel welcome!
I got the Tuesday wing special ($1 each). The wings were good. The service was ok. Prior to eating I went to the men's room. There was no soap. I told my waitress there was no soap. She said that someone would take care of it. About twenty minutes later I went back into the men's room after eating and there was still no soap. This is unacceptable.
Wings are ok. Asked for extra crispy they came out a little soggy. Cauliflower bites and burgers were good. Decent beer selection. Huge bar area and nice covered outside seating.
This was a pleasant surprise because we just happened to find this place. The wings as advertised were great! The service and atmosphere were excellent. Wished we could stay for the live music but had a long drive home. My friend and I are planning to go again when we visit.
Came in for the first time today, sat outside on the outside bar/patio with our dog, one of the best experiences we’ve had thus far. Super friendly and attentive staff. Heidi was our bar tender and was nothing short of amazing. Will DEFINITELY be coming back.
I am from Western NY and thrilled to have this touch of home in our area. The wings were excellent; they have Great Lakes beer; and our server was very attentive and friendly.
Great place, great food, great people. My Waitress Claudia was excellent. She always is, and I intend on coming back as many times as possible just so that I can be sat in her section again. Highly recommend this place. Everything on the menu is excellent and worth the price; if you're worried about the price, the food's good for the money you pay. Again see Claudia. She'll hook you up; she'll make sure you have good food and a good time, and she's always quick with refill and friendly with a chat.
OMG. The food is amazing. The customer service is amazing as well. They are very understaffed so, they might skip over you for a while accidentally but , they make sure that they do the best they can. They have milkshakes now and they are just delicious. My second time going there and I've ordered the same entree both times. Old Bay wings. 10/10 .
