I was back home visiting and when home in Texas the family and I are always talking about the different restaurants/carry out foods we miss and prima was one I missed loved how the cheese steak was sooooo good and juicy how the juice would slide down your arm, well BIG BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT the sub was sooooooo dry very very dry so disappointing well I won't be missing them anymore. DRY
This place is a joke I ordered the pizza and wings. The pizza came but no wings, the driver told me he would be right back with them. Over an hour and a half. I call them he said that I had to be patient that he is busy. Mind you I already paid and I've been waiting for about 2 hours. I've ordered from there in the past and they always overcharge you so I recommend doing the math before you call
I typically order the subs which are usually great. I ordered a pizza today and it came almost completely raw. Chicken was pretty much frozen along with the sausage even though I ordered pepperoni. The dough was completely raw. I call back and I get a women who says “manager isn’t available”. I’m calling the health department first thing in the morning. They need to shut this place down. I typically ordered subs from this place twice a week, but after tonight I wouldn’t trust them to bring a soda. They are almost trying to get people sick with how the pizza came. Absolutely no excuses.
Good food served and delivered by a better staff. Friendly and professional.
The pizza was hot and fresh. It was cheesy that made it taste very good.
MOVED OUT ESSEX/MIDDLE RIVER ABOUT 4YEARS AGO THIS PLACE HAS BEEN MY #1 SUB PLACE. RECENTLY IDK IF ITS NEW MANAGEMENT OR NEW COOKS BUT SUBS AND ORDERS HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE. YOU ORDER THEY SEND YOU WHATEVER THEY FEEL. YOU ORDER SHRIMP CHEESESTEAKS THEY GIVE YOU PLAIN CHEESESTEAKS WITH NO CHEESE IN SIGHT MORE MAYO THEN ANYTHING. AND BABY SHRIMP WITH DARK SEASONINGS NEVER BEEN LIKE THAT. PLEASE FIX. I WONT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN SMH
This was my go to carry out spot. Earlier today My sister &I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a shrimp cheese steak..she got an Italian cold cut. When our food arrived the fries were cold and soggy. The shrimp that they used were the little can shrimp and they were dehydrated looking. My sis lunch meat on her sandwich was ROTTEN!! you could smell that it was spoiled. When she called to complain the lady that answered the phone stated" you're like the 3rd person who said that" SO WHY TF WOULDN'T THE OWNER REPLACE THE MEAT!!!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE health dept and whomever else I need to contact. This place is going to KNOWINGLY make someone sick because he don't want to throw away rotten meat. I guarantee he wouldn't eat the ish himself.
The steak sub was very good but the pizza slice was not fresh. The shop was very dirty and I will not be going back.
My mom ordered dinner on Monday 6/7/21 at 4:45. Due to the pendemic there was only 1 delivery person. He had all the orders at 1 time. The order got here at about 6 and believe it or not it was still hot. It was the best food I ever had and we will continue to order our carry out order from them.
