Awesomeness at its finest I swear to GOD Rushing and left our the house I'll little one was graduating ? and we left our cards. We'll while in line we figure that out... Man when I tell you were scrambling looking then realized ohhhhh ish. The order was a total of 28.00 dollars in some change. WE MADE IT WORK WITH 24.00 DOLLARS AND CHANGE.... WHEN I got home Those beautiful employees gave me all the items except 1 item. Blessed by the best each one of those employees was a delight. And I got my ? with nooo salt.
It's about the worst service I have experienced in fast food it to 15 minutes to get a chocolate milk shake and I received a vanillaMilk shake I walked inside because the drive thru was backed up around the building and out onto eastern boulevard and it appeared to have a full staff in the cooking area I don't believe McDonald's has mastered how to deal with carryout service obviously need some major changes .... I do have to comment on the previous store manager/owner when I worked next door 10 years ago he would be there during the morning shift and when he was there you gave your order paid received your cup before you could walk 6 ft fill your drink reach for a lid(SOMEONE WOULD YELL OUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER) YEAH LESS THAN 3 MINUTES YOU HAD YOUR MEAL IN YOUR HAND!!! You always knew when he was there by the precision timing not to mention the correct food in the bag I never even checked it when he was there I didn't feel it was necessary... I guess the new owners don't care or don't know how to run it properly but they have no problem increasing the prices on the menu like everything else I see around me especially the Baltimore area high prices poor service... Doesn't anyone take pride in anything anymore??? Or is it all about a fast Buck???? Really sad I'm sorry but I'm glad that the love of my life didn't make it to see what this world has become and what it's becoming I don't see anyone who cares well I do still take pride in my work maybe that's why I can't keep up with it all...
They gave me fresh fries with old fries mixed in it. They also messed up my order. They don't have good customer service.
My experience was really good. The food was hot and fresh. The Lady at the drive thru window and very pleasant and kind.
Please move to the third window, promptly forgotten. Served cold food, given no receipt. One of the worst locations.

This Essex location is trash and I wish I could give less than 1 Star. I bought a meal with fries and a large coke. I had tried to order a chocolate shake but. Like always they say sorry the machine is down right now.(meaning they are too lazy to do their job and clean the machine so they can continue to serve what people ask) but anyway I immediately try a fry just because I always do and go figure....it was ice cold. Then they handed me my "large" coke not were near filled... As for the chicken sandwich they gave me. Stop cooking food then not using it and recooking it over amd over until someone order. Nobody wants cardboard for food. At the end of the day. Mcdonald's needs to step up and take action and get rid of these incompetent people they are hiring. Read the other reviews of this location. Terrible
I always stop by McDonald's. I go to shopper's grocery store first. They have coupons for McDonald's, you buy a sandwich and you get a free sandwich. The coupons are on the back of your cash register receipt from shoppers grocery store. The coupons are good until 3/31/22. I stop by 2-3 times a week to get me a free sandwich.
Everyone so quick to judge to how people work there. Bro come there and work yourself to make your own food. Stores like this is always short staffed so it takes longer to make food. Plus y'all act like you the only person ordering there. It be like over 100 customer before you even come in. God knows what they even ordered.
This McDonald's is by far the most reliable fast food restaurants I go to. Everyday I get the same thing caramel Frapp and fries with NO SALT. Been going here for the past 3 yrs. The team is always respectful, fast, friendly and I enjoy that because that's what keeps alot of us customers coming back. It also on of the cleanest stores I've been too. The team do a great job here keep up the great work we're watching. See you all tomorrow
