Horrible customer service. They forgot part of my order and blamed it on me. They claimed the driver will come pick it up the food when all I wanted is the credit. The young girl who I assume to be the daughter that answers the phone needs a class in customer service. Order from anywhere else but this place. They lost out on a good customer over a side of noodles.
Bad customer service. Ordered here because it’s down the street from my house. Got home with my food and it was incorrect. Which is okay, people make mistakes. Here’s what got me…. I called to tell them about it to have my order corrected and she proceeded to hold the phone away and argue with someone else about the order. Only to come back and tell me I do see that the order was wrong- what do you want me to do about it?Food not that great. I’ll be driving to oriental wok in dundalk from now on.
I’ve been ordering from this place for about 5 years. The food is always good, but the prices on some things like the fried chicken wings have become absurd! $9 for four wings now. My usual order is now roughly $10 more expensive than it used to be. So from $35 to now $45. If they don’t correct the price gouging I’ll be searching for a new Chinese restaurant to get my food from. I’m open to suggestions in the Dundalk Essex area
Okay so the food is good. I feel like some things could be better but that's not the reason I'm giving a lower review. The other day my hubby and I ordered food, I am 9 months pregnant and I can't really walk too fast. The delivery driver got here and BANGED on my door. I'm talking as loud as he could I literally jumped out of my skin. I said please give me on minute and I asked my hubby in the kitchen if he could grab the door and in the middle of me saying that the driver starts yelling at my door and banging on my window and then door again. In the midst of him continuously banging on my window my husband opened the door and was like dude what's wrong are you good and the guy just stood there. It took maybe 20 seconds for my husband to walk from where he was to the front door. If I were alone I would have never answered the door with how loud he was banging and screaming. We've decided to start trying a new place because that was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. I called and all I got was an I'm sorry he's probably in a rush...don't disrespect me or my home like that and with him being in Essex he's lucky someone didn't open the door after that and knock him out. Luckily my husband has patience and didn't but I couldn't imagine anyone else around here. Do better and learn some respect.
I didnt leave a tip on my order and the delivery driver got upset and took extra money off of my card on their own without my permission be careful who you order from a lot of thieves in this world!
I rarely write reviews but I was extremely disappointed.I Visited first time on Sunday 1/9/22 around 3:45 after work. Ordered small shrimp/broccoli, a large shrimp fried rice and two shrimp egg rolls. The shrimps were soggy-soft like mush and the broccoli had no flavor? The small pale shrimps in the rice looked liked they were previously frozen and the rice was yellow...like pilaf rice. I don't know about you but I like my fried rice brown. I believe this place uses turmeric to get that color. Had stomach pains and diarrhea. I most definitely Won't be Going Back to this place. The shrimp egg rolls were ok.WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER. I went to this place...because I didn't feel like driving to my regular place near where I live in Northeast Baltimore. Won't make that mistake Again?.And yes I tossed in my trash outside ?. After reading the reviews it appears your food and reviews are based on who's doing the cooking and what you're ordering. I don't take a chance on my food when I'm paying my bills. It should be a chance if they get paid. Also this place wasn't clean. That was a clue for me. How silly of me to stay and order food.

Very nice staff. My food was delicious very flavorful. And steaming hot !! Definitely recommend this place it was my first time going there . I found my new Chinese spot 100%

Looking by the reviews this place is hit or miss. Ordered almost $60 of food tonight got the worlds most dry “pork spare rib tips” that was mostly cartilage and bone AND the sesame chicken was really sesame breading ? save your money!
