Have never had bad food from Jillianos...they make to order, food is always fresh and tasty, and the people that work for &/or with them are always pleasant and friendly.
The owner was very mean to me , and accused me of lying after I told him my order was incorrect after getting sent buffalo wings when I asked for plain, and burnt pizza, I told him I wouldn't ask for Buffalo because it was for my children. He said he didn’t believe me because he’s been in business for so long and never had a complaint, but that's just arrogant to not believe me I wouldn't lie, I told him I liked his food, I was a new customer, tipping like $10, because I liked the food, but now he lost a customer, I guess he won't care because he got “so many customers”. I rather go somewhere where people treat me with dignity and respect.
I just bought 1 time a pizza and for me was delicious and the pizza was not greasy. I enjoyed that pizza. For me better quality pizza than many others brands.Update: The first pizza was good. No greasy and taste good but after that one the second one was the opposite. Just stop buying pizza there.

Ordered pizza and salads for dinner. Pizza was great! Salads were fresh and tasty. I would like to have had more salad veggies though (lots of lettuce). We'll definitely order again!
