I used to go here at least 3 times a week. There was a fantastic female employee who used to work the drive thru in the morning. She was very friendly and always said hi to my kids. But we haven't seen her for a while.Recently everything about this place has been awful. My orders are consistently wrong or items are missing (and the guy at drive thru yelled at me for checking my bag before driving off). Their staff at the registers regularly ring up wrong items (and I've been overcharged because of this). Their staff is very rude.I don't know what happened to this place but I will take my business to another dunkin.
Custumer service is absolutely trash I stop here every day bc is convenient but drive tru employees are rude rude they have no respect none of them it seems like every time it gets worse
Convenient but very hard to understand the cashier if you go inside. Not bad for drive through.

I use this Dunkin' donuts daily as soon as they hear my voice they know what my order is have it prepared very quick the staff are all very professional and friendly
This dunkin seems to care, food is always hot and fresh and coffee is perfectly balanced! Granted English isn't there main language yet they understand donuts and customer service... Line seems to be always busy yet they manage to accommodate all patrons at a reasonable 80 sec or so! Recommend this spot for any caffeine fiend or donut connoisseur!
This location opens late and will close before posted closing time. Some of the employees are really nice and some are straight up ignorant. I've called the manager about some of my bad experiences, but that was a waste of breath because he didn't care and was ignorant as well. This is the closest Dunkin to my house and I will go out of my way to go to another Dunkin Donuts.

No donuts this morning at Dunkin donuts but hey no biggie. Got myself an everything bagel with veggie spread and an iced coffee. Was rang up for 2 bagels but that was remedied and drove away. Turns out you've gotta put the spread or cream cheese on the bagel yourself which is excellent for your morning commute. Amazing.
