They can not follow directions I called not once but twice on top of special instructions online and my order still came out wrong this location is the worst of them all

If I could give a zero I would. The customer service here sucks so bad. My husband and I ordered our food and waited for over 45 minutes. When my husband asked to be compensated for such a long wait, the cashier that barely spoke English called her manager who wasn’t accommodating at all. We missed our lunch break.Businesses like this need a wake up call!!!! Will not be going back ever!!
guy at the front counter seemed embarrassed that i asked him for a bucket of hot water after i asked if i could use the bathroom to vomit and he told me the bathroom was off limits , but instead had to vomit outside like a dog. customer service seems a bit spotty.
The worst experience. There is no customer service. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for an order that I did online. There was no apology nor any resolution. If I could give zero stars I would.
Best wings in the area hands down!! Just tried them for the first time and they were so good i wanted to tell the world?
Slimey wings are definitely not my thing. I asked the Hispanic woman that answered the phone if I could get my wings extra crispy, and her response was " I don't cook the food, but I will enter that you want extra crispy." I asked if she could make sure that the food cooks get the message...she actually said, "No. They may or may not see the order ticket...but I can't tell them anything."
