My last visit was a bad one. The time they took to make 20 wings was overboard 30 minutes. They gave me overcooked wings and they gave me all drums which I didn't ask for terrible service maybe my last time going there. Although I ate some of them because I was hungry I had to throw the rest of them out because they were overcooked. I also called in my order and was put on hold. I drove about 2 miles by the time I got out my car and walked to the store and opened the door was when the order taker said hello and I told the lady she just hung up on me.
I ordered my food about 16 mins before I got to the restaurant. I get there and they said it would be out in a minute. 5 minutes go buy and I was told they never even started my order so I have to wait another 15 minutes.
I got an order for pick up and when I got there was at the register for 15 minutes before being acknowledged then when I got my order I asked for 15 classic wings I wanted a mix of drums and flats and had all drums no flats and my food was cold. Plus I ordered my fries too be extra crispy and they were soggy. It’s clear that my order was rushed.
Always hesitant about large chains but this location does everything right. I've been coming to this location for months and the food/service has always met or exceeded expectations. Food is always hot and ready in a 15 - 20 minutes window after the online order is place.In terms of customer service, everyone is very friendly. The one and only time they messed up my order in the dozens of times I've been there, they were quick to make it right. My family will continue to frequent this location!

Just visited this Wingstop last Saturday evening, April 2, 2022. The two young ladies working were awesome (forgot their names, ???♀️). Friendly and helpful from beginning to end. My chicken was hot and crispy the way I love it? everything tasted great.. My new favorite wing spot, Wing stop.??
Tomas and Kayla were amazing and got our order perfect and still piping hot when we got home. No wait time. Won't get wings from any other place in Ellicott city. The wings were so meaty and the sauce so tasty. No like buffalo sauce or freaks red hot. I ordered all naked and dipping hot and ranch sauce. It was all so fresh tasting. My husband Won't touch food unless it gets my seal of approval first and he didn't even wait he said it smelled so good cooking back there and he could see how clean the place was he trusted it. Plus they were so friendly as we walked in.we were welcomed with smiles and a clean area to wait in as we ordered and waited.My husband loved the tv aspect bc he was missing a show for me after picking me up from my nail salon. So it was nice he could watch his show while waiting with me.
We love Wingstop! They always make us feel like part of the family. Faith and Dasha today were so friendly. Given it is SB Sunday, our order was ready early and hot!!
There was a short Asian cashier there and she had an attitude for no apparent reason. Despite this, I still proceeded with my order. When I received my order the wings looked old, dry, and unappetizing; the thighs that I ordered looked even more disgusting and absolutely nothing like the advertisements. Even worse, when I took I bite of the wings I was surprised to find that the inside was pink. I looked down and it turned out all the wings were pink. When I took the wings back inside, the worker agreed and so when I asked for a refund, she said they don't do that in store... How are you a professional business organization and do not offer in-store refunds. Made absolutely no sense. Also, with my meal came a drink. They had one of those coca-cola freestyle machines, so I was excited to try out some new flavors, when come to find out almost all of the flavors were unavailable. Of the few available flavors was a watered down Sprite. I'm extremely disappointed by this wing stop location and will not be returning.
I mentioned an issue with our order on the survey and the GM reached out to me personally to fix it.The employees at this location have always been super nice, and the food we've received has been delicious. We love the fries, and the traditional wings.
