This is the best sushi and sashimi I've ever had. I will definitely be returning and making this a favourite spot. Service was fast as it was expedient. Thanks for a great dining experience.
I've been to Umi Sushi twice now. Especially enjoy their pork buns and the crab and shrimp tempura roll. I love that they give complimentary bowls of miso soup and small pieces of cheesecake with dinner too!
Great vegetarian food! We had the bean curd avocado sushi which was excellent. Also had the hibachi vegetables. The broccoli was soft and absorbed a lot of the sauce which made it soooo flavorful. Other veggies included mushrooms, onions, and carrots. We had it with a side of fried rice which was perfectly cooked. The clear soup was extremely flavorful. I’ve never had such flavorful vegetarian broth before! Cheesecake was complementary.
Some of the best sushi I've ever had! Good portion size, very aesthetic presentation, fresh ingredients and cool atmosphere! They have a unique mixed drink selection that offer something for everyone! Knowledgeable staff and quick service! Highly recommended!
Absolutely DELICIOUS! We enjoyed their Edamame, Shrimp Shumai, Lobster Forever, Sexy Jalapeño & Golden Roll. Strawberry Daiquiris are DELICIOUS. Banana Tempura & Japanese Pudding — AMAZING! (We loved at the end — they offer complimentary Cheesecake or a Slice of Watermelon!) We will definitely visit again!
Umi Sushi was a good visit. Took one of my kiddos there for a birthday lunch. It looks like a small restaurant on the inside but there is a patio out back with lots of seating available outside. It is very well set up with nice atmosphere.For lunch I got shrimp tempura roll which is my favorite roll and Hibachi steak and shrimp. I think it was my first time having the Hibachi dish but I would definitely have it again. The steak was cooked well and moist. And the shrimp was a good compliment.
Finally found the best sushi I've had in Maryland since I was in Japan! Excellent customer service and all the crew were very attentive. Will be back for sure!
The best sushi I’ve ever had paired with incredible presentation & a beautiful patio on the river. We’re obsessed and will definitely be back. Did I mention the price point is right on par with less “fancy” restaurants? Truly a unicorn

best sushi i’ve had at a very fair price. the clear soup was the best i’ve had. the garlic chili tofu is perfectly crisp on the outside while very soft on the inside. the vegetable tempura has a large serving size with a delicious sauce. the angry lobster roll is hands down the best roll i’ve tried. highly recommend, great service, one of my favorite places to eat.
