Friendly wait staff and the food was delicious. The menu isn't extensive but there was enough variety to please everyone in our party. When the band played it got very noisy and made it difficult to have conversations. The tin ceiling didn't help matters but fortunately it didn't last long. On Sunday, it ended at 3:00pm.

The White Oak Tavern never fails to amaze us! The service is top notch and the food is delicious! I had the chipotle chicken and it was so good! Also, my drink was made special for me due to my diabetes. They go above and beyond every time we are there! I highly recommend this restaurant.
My friend and I dined there yesterday evening, during restaurant week. The place was packed, but the host was very welcoming upon arriving. We were immediately seated, and greeted by our waiter. The food was amazing and the service was speedy. During a very busy time, the attention and quality of food were impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely return soon!
Love that they have music on the weekend. Columbia and Ellicott City are a desert for live music!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The staff were very polite and engaging, gave us their opinions on what they liked. We ordered 3 small plates. Old Bay wings, Shrimp tacos and the Chicken Carbonara were all a hit. What we particularly liked was the fresh tasting and delicious sauces that came with each dish.We also enjoyed 2 dinner salads, the White Oak Waldorf and Summer Strawberry were freshly made and generous in size. We would like to come back and try other things on their menu and maybe we will have room to fit a dessert this time.
We had a nice experience. Our request to sit outside was honored. Our waitress was great and I believe she said it was her 4th day as a waitress. She was very kind and attentive. The manager even checked on our table one time to make sure we were OK
