Excellent beer selection, an unbeatable scotch selection (seriously, I think it's the largest selection in the state), and delicious food. You should definitely take the trip to Judge's bench then stroll around the charming town of Old Ellicott City.
Cute little bar with great selection of beer. The owner was sitting at the bar and we talked for a little bit, he was really nice! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town
Great little spot with exceptional draft and bottled beer selection. Fun anytime but also open late in old Ellicott city so keep it in mind when the other places start to shut down earlier :)

Good atmosphere for hanging out and having a good time. Tons of beer and liquor options, and the bartenders' mixed drinks are fantastic! Especially the gummy bear!!! I did not have an opportunity to try the recently revised menu, but the patrons around at the time let everyone know how much they were enjoying their food!
The food was okay but I did not feel welcome at all with how the Sunday afternoon bartender approached and spoke to me. I had such a wonderful day my first time in Ellicott City meeting so many nice people and wanted to try one last stop before heading home for the day and I wish I had gone anywhere else. Still tipped well in hopes that maybe she just was having a bad day but looking at reviews I see it’s a reoccurring problem that should probably be addressed because it didn’t add to the charm of the place at all.
The Blind Ambition beer is a knock out. Fruity and refreshing. The bartendress' Devon, Natalia and Kelly make a great comfy vibe in the bar~ a place you wanna hang out
I enjoy this place for the awesome beers and awesome people. Nice ambiance, too.Also huge selection of brown booze, but that's not really my thing.
If you love whiskey make a stop at the bench. Whiskey flights are amazing and affordable.
We were there before it got late and stayed till after dark. We got to hear some amazing stories from the owner, even rumors of ghosts. We had a wonderful time.
