This is my favorite bubble tea shop! I've tried another shop down the road from them but I prefer tea top. You can customize your tea into whatever you like like how I got a green tea with milk and pearls in it. Also you can change how much sugar you want in your tea so if you don't like a whole lot of sugar or if you want lots of sugar there's an option to change it. The two in the picture is a regular brown sugar Boba tea and I got a alpine green tea with milk and Boba. Not only is the tea wonderful, they also have food and the staff are awesome everytime I visit!

Best bubble tea in the DMV!! The teas all have strong distinct delicious flavors, and the boba is always cooked to perfection. They have a huge drink menu and everything I tried so far has been great! There are also great food options. House chicken bun and braised pork on rice (which comes with a braised egg) are to die for. A great value for the price!
I go to tea top weekly and I have never had a problem. Today I ordered the taro milk tea, I have ordered this before. It was overly sweet and so chunky I could barely sip it. I went back to the store and kindly told them the problem. They told me to mix it and even though I did that I said how it didn’t make any difference. I asked them to remake it or for a new drink and they said I would have to pay for it. They made no effort or care for a loyal customer. The drinks are expensive and I am happy to pay the price if the product and service is worth it. Sadly they chose money over a simple remake of a drink I paid $6 for. I will not be going here as much due to this unfortunate experience.
Customer service was good and the tea was fine. Would prefer going elsewhere for boba tea though.

During the quarantine they were mostly contactless and encouraging you to do all transaction digital, now all of the sudden there is a minimum of 8 dollars to use credit or debit cards, which is very annoying.
My fiance and I have tried a bunch of boba tea spots in the area and this is our favorite! Our go-to order is a double pearl milk tea and a taro milk tea with bobas!
