I was ordering my food and lady starting putting the wrong things on my sandwich. Than when I said something she was just scraping it off and throw the tomatoes I had my sandwich back in with the rest for someone else to get. I had to ask for a whole new sandwich. She was so unprofessional and by me asking a simple question to make a new one because mine was messed up she seemed to be so annoyed with me. The way she also just put the tomato’s that where on my ruined sandwich back made me want to vomit.
Excellent experience tonight. Placed a large order at 5 pm for a 7:30 pm pick up (subs were pretty complex). When I arrived, the two ladies behind the counter were working extremely hard to get everything together. Had to wait just a few extra minutes, but was totally worth it. Subs came out perfect. Very happy with the intense work ethic and quality of the subs. They didn't hold back. It's a tough job, so it was great to see their dedication to quality.
Recent coupons make a visit here more worthwhile than usual.

Stopped on the way to the Ravens game. Always a great selection of sandwiches service was very good and fast.
Pretty resonable place. One of the better subways I have visited. With good service and fresh veggies the veggies did not look like they were sitting there for a while. The place is very clean and so are the tables. And the times I visited I found place to sit.
New ownership and employees. So wrong. Told me that toasting is after veggies and shoved my whole sub in a paper bag, toasted and handed to me. Wife got a coldcut, it was just balogna. No, thats not a joke. These people have no idea what they are doing...at all. I used to work subway. I gave 2 stars because all ingredience were fresh.
This is one of the best subways I ever visited. Guys are really cool, patience and listen to you. I should mention about the maintenance, everything is clean and well placed including washrooms. Taste is flawless, they took good care of my food and prepared it well. I am happy……

Terrible customer service from employee. Surprised a little that the owner's customer service is even worse. I have been a frequent customer in past, will never go back again. A lot of other aces to eat and not the only sub shop. Would give zero stars...just like their treatment to customers.
