Today was my second time coming to this Starbucks and receiving an underwhelming coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato both times that were disgusting and bland. My “coffee” just tasted like warm milk and water; absolutely NO FLAVOR at all. The first time, I returned to have my drink fixed and was given attitude, but I was given another drink that wasn’t much better. This time I didn’t bother because they obviously don’t know what they’re doing at this location. I won’t be returning!

Odd parking scenario here on a very busy street makes this location tough for me, but always great food, drink and service.
This location is on a busy section of route 40 in Ellicott City and are able to handle the volume of people that go in and out on a daily basis.
Rushing my order. Therefore it was wrong. Also, doesn't know how to take an order and add money to the reward card in the same transaction. Had delete my order, add money, retake the order, then get it wrong.
This is the only full service Starbucks on my way to work. I stopped one day to grab a bagel and it was sooo fresh, I felt like they hooked me. I usually get one from DD but they had been stale the last few times. Anyhow I don't come for the coffee, go figure.
Always enjoy coming here the baristas are always nice and greet me whenever I drop in for my usual.
I honestly don't know when they're open anymore. For like the past 3 months, I've tried to go on weekends and they were never open past 4pm. Then last month they weren't open on weekends past 1pm. Then today, on a Friday around 4pm, they also weren't open. And yet the times on Google or the starbucks app still say they're open till 9pm. So like...just fix the posted hrs so I know when I could go back?
Recently moved and had to check out my new local Starbucks during the work day morning rush. Though I would prefer a drive thru option for bad weather, this location took my order and got my food and drink to me quickly. Service was friendly and there is enough space inside to make waiting with other patrons comfortable. The parking lot is not ideal for heavy retail traffic that I would expect to build up later in the morning on weekends
This place is great! I am an every-day customer. Staff knows my name and has my puppachinos ready in advance! Love them all!!
