I love getting my Venti Pike Place Roast when I pass by this starbucks. On my way to church every day I love stopping by and seeing some of the fantastic employees like Deven and Julie!
Cannot praise this establishment highly enough. The baristas here are beyond outstanding in every way. Super-friendly, super-talented, these folks make my beverage perfectly every time. The place is clean, with a chic vibe and excellent music to make your wait enjoyable. And you never have to wait long, even when it’s busy (which it often is) because these baristas have their workflow down to a science. They handle the drive-thru, app orders, and walk-ins with aplomb. I love this place. Oh, and did I mention how friendly and personable they are? Don’t be surprised if they remember your name after only a few visits.
This store is fast and friendly. Order it to go and it will be waiting for you, probably before you get there, so don't be late. They always have what I want.The shop is in a great location, with other shops around it to get food, ice cream, pizza and other stores. It is basically a new store, a few years old so it isn't worn down yet.
I love this location. They always have the drinks I want and make it correctly. The drive thru line can get long sometimes but that’s no one’s fault. During the busy hours, it’s easier to order from the app and pick up inside since you can grab your order and leave. The picture attached is a grande mango dragonfruit lemonade with raspberry syrup and passion tango tea with light ice. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a fruity drink!
Ordered online, went in. I started checking drinks when expediter asked name for order, was told drink was in queue when I gave name and elegir checked log, waited 20 minutes next to expediter, never called out name of order. I finally asked again and expediter looked and found drink. It was ready the whole time.
I have to commend the staff on their patience. It was a little overwhelming with many drive thru, online and in store orders. A woman came in upset about her drink not being made correctly. She was pretty belligerent. The staff kept their cool, didn't argue, and still treated her well even though she didn't reciprocate. Kudos!??????
Been here a handful of times and it's been fine. Today, I entered, was greeted, and then proceeded to stand at the register for what felt like 5+ minutes with no acknowledgement at all. The woman behind me had to flag someone down to even look in our direction. The iced tea I received wasn't made sweet enough but this is a common issue at any Starbucks bc what a pump is to one barista and another is subjective. Once I received my drinks, I just mentioned to the gentleman that I also had a cake pop order as it seemed no one was doing food. His response was "yeah, ok" and he kept on keeping on. I know everyone has a job and it's important to keep the gears turning, but a bit more focus on customer service at this location would go a long way.
Nice, full Starbucks amidst restaurants and near Centennial Park. It was not as busy as some Starbucks, but service was great.
Shipleys Grant Starbucks- Just waited 23 minutes for the other half of my mobile order. Had to ask the barista’s three times, and they were rude.
Never been to this location based on the fact that I don't live in that area, but I was around that day and decided to stop and I'm glad I did! Welcoming and friendly environment. Clean bathrooms and great staff.
