Ice cream was good on the outside then turns into all vanilla on the inside. Still good soft serve with quick service
This local ice cream shop is GREAT! A wide variety of soft serve flavors is available. Fast & friendly service. This is quickly becoming our go-to place this summer....the kids & adults love it One thing to know...credit/debit cards are NOT accepted...it's CASH Only!
Having been a long time customer of this establishment, we ventured in this evening. We were met by a snotty smart mouthed brat of an employee named Brice. He is proof that employees must be hard to come by right now because I cannot imagine having someone like this as the face of my business. He was rude and Condescending even critical of my attire. We had always had great experiences which is why it had always been worth the drive from Frederick. Not anymore. Customer service and even common courtesy are apparently not a priority at soft stuff any longer. Henceforth we will be taking our buismess to Hoffmans in Westminster. It's a shame that it is no longer the friendly family establishment that we enjoyed for two generations. I guess it's time for new traditions.
We love this place. Ice cream looks pretty. Warning though, the flavors aren’t really the whole ice cream, it is just a flavor swirl
Waste of money. Ordered a large snowball and received a liquid slushy-soup that filled 2/3rds of the cup. When we politely asked for a refund (considering it was a small snowball size in a large cup and liquid not frozen) we were told “they couldn’t do that”. The soft serve was pretty lackluster too. Just not worth the $ and price when there are lots of good options in EC
Good as always! I tried other places and this just comes out as the creamiest delicious option. I’ve watched it grow over the years and it’s been cool to have that in the pocket of my memories.
Great ice cream i took my daughter I've never seen her so happy when that say large it's crazy I definitely recommend coming here
Soft stuff and I have a relationship of almost 10 years. I was pregnant with our daughter (now almost 9),craving ice cream ?. My SIL brought the orange flavor. It was the last day before it was closed for renovations. Never had ice cream unless they opened again with renovations. Unfortunately, I just got diagnosed with dairy allergies and can't eat ice cream anymore ? ?, but never get tired of taking my girls to Soft stuff for that specific orange flavor.
This is a summer must do! Serving sizes are big so be wary. I always get the vanilla with cotton candy swirl and it's so good.
