Since I was sick (not Covid!) I decided to place an online order for curbside pick up. My order was going to be ready at 2:30. I received a text with a link that let me click when I was heading to Qdoba.Once I reached Qdoba I followed the link’s instructions; I indicated I was at the desired location, and I turned it hazard lights on. I was parked in one of the curbside pick up spots they have in front of the store. At 2:50 I called to ask for an updated for my order. At first the lady on the phone assumed I was doing a catering order, but I explained I was there to pick up an online order via curbside pick up. The lady said that they dye not do curbside pick up anymore. I responded by saying that their online ordering system let me, and I was parked in front of a curbside pick up sign.At that point she took my name and told me someone would be out with my food shortly. A minute letter a guy shows up with my foods. I asked him if they had stopped doing curbside pick up and he said no, it was still technically an option. Either the guy is wrong, or the lady on the phone lied. It’s it’s technically an option, if the store did not turn the option off, then curbside pick up at this location never went away. So what did this lady gain from lying? Two stars because the guy was polite and the food was tasty.

I love this location. The food is always fresh. I went yesterday and I’m going back today. I wanted it since yesterday after I ate it. That’s how good it is

So I've been eating at Qdobas for years. Well over 100 times. On Monday the 11th approx 9am was by far the worst visit. The chicken was over seasoned and tasted like it was reheated and not fresh. I've had stomach issues since eating here. My helper who was also with me at the time said it was the worst Qdoba burrito he's ever had. He got the steak. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 1 is because Qdoba had always been good to me and the food has always been amazing. Hopefully this is just that one fluke time.

Horrible service! I placed an advanced order online on Qdoba website. An hour and a half later (25 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time), I received an email informing me that there was a problem with the order, and it was neither properly processed through the system, nor confirmed by the store after a backup submission. As advised, I called the store and was connected to the manager, who refused to rectify the error by taking the order over the phone, and told me that the only way i could place the order was to either try it online again, or drive to the store. When my husband arrived to the store a couple days few minutes later intending to place the order in person, the manager refused to take it! Clearly, this location is not in business to sell food?

Placed an order on their website. Upon arriving to pick it up I saw my order wasn't on the shelf. Walked to the register and asked for my order. I was told someone else pickup it up. I explained my situation and attempted to show my email receipt for the order and they refused to even look at it. Asked if they would remake my order since I had proof. They refused. Told me to request a refund. Problem is refunds don't account for the time that I spent on break and now have nothing to show for it. Decent food, terrible customer service. Rude all around.

It's a Joke. I just had another worst experience with this branch at 9050, I really dont understand why Qdoba management is not taking any action with morning staff. Evening staff after 6pm till night are good people they have good customer management but during the afternoon hours who ever is at the counters are not efficient to deal with customers. Protein is a joke her i spent 11$ for a bowl and i just see 4 small pieces of chicken literally only 4. Is this how it served ? When i asked for why it is like that they asked me to pay more for more it seems. Previously I have seen other people behaving worse but now they are bevaior is bad also they give very very less food for the amount of money we spend here. I still like the evening staff they know what they are doing and how to behave with customers. But the morning staff is way too bad.

I'm a satisfied Qdoba customer because I tried the taco salad today with the hard shell...just like I remembered when I was a kid. I haven't had one of these since high school and it was delicious. Service was fast, friendly, and eager to please. I alos love the fact that they have queso dip and a multi-product Coke machine.

They canceled our uber eats order and didn’t tell us until over an hour later. I don’t care what the quality of the food is. I will never be able to eat Qdoba ever again in this life or the next.

Today was the second time I visited this location, and the second time I have ever been to a Qdoba. The first time the staff was helpful and pleasant and I felt appreciated as a customer. Today, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Nicki the manager. She was rude, unhelpful, and left a distaste in my mouth. I don’t believe any customer should be treated this way. If she didn’t want to work, she should have stayed home. Also, she continued to do change out food and instruments and was touching everything and never changed her gloves….disgusting.

My experience his evening was very positive due to a manager named I'Kei. While it may seem trivial, one particular item I wanted wasn't available. Not a big deal as I realize it happens. What turned this into a memorable experience is how rarely I encounter quality customer service or effective/professional managers. I'Kei nailed them all. Thank you I'Kei and Qdoba for providing me a good service after a long week.I'll will be returning.-Doug
