This is usually my go to store for Papa John's Pizza, but today they really missed the mark. The pizza is completely over cooked and I am missing garlic knots. They were also cold. I know there are supposed be 8 garlic knots and we only got 6 of them.
Ordered pizza from here tonight and had a very complicated order but the young man on the phone was very understanding and payed attention to the details Thankyou jaheem delivery was fast aswell and pizza was hot and delicious will be ordering again when I don’t feel like making dinner
Ordered veggie pizza w x cheese. It’s ALL DOUGH, a few black olives and no extra cheese. There is more cheese on the cheese sticks than on the pizza. NEVER AGAIN.The cheese sticks taste like stale cardboard. If I thought we’d get our money back I’d call and ask for it but the girl who answered the phone was so rude I just can’t.Delivery time was good, and it was warm. That’s the only good I can say.

Ordered a pizza. Was told 45 mins. Called to find out after 1 hour 20 mins why it was taking so long. Whoever was at the other end kept hanging up the phone. Called several times. They would listen to the complaint and then hang up. Pizza arrived after 1-1/2 hour. Cold pizza.
Went to go get dinner tonight with my father around 6:20pm. Didn’t get our pizza till 7:30ish. Poor place had one boy running the whole place with tons of orders. They need to schedule more works so they have better service. The boy deserves a raise and the general manager Tyanna Jennings needs to do better.
If I could give 100 stars I would because of Jahiem such a nice respectful young man I enjoy buying pizzas from him

Two stars because the delivery staff was prompt and polite. As for the food… Wow, admittedly I haven’t had Papa John’s in a while, but the pizza was lacking in sauce and the cheese was mostly unmelted and still hard in some parts. In other areas it was absent completely with just exposed crust and other toppings. Overall it was very off-putting, even mediocre pizza is usually somewhat appetizing, this was not.Ordered wings to go with it, didn’t expect the best in the world from a pizza place, but certainly didn’t expect the anemic rubbery mess that these were. If it weren’t for the bones, I wouldn’t have even thought them to be from a real animal. Avoid this location, or perhaps this brand in general, there are better delivery places out there in this area I’m sure.As an aside, didn’t they used to give you a little sauce and some pepperoncinis with your pizza too? No such luck today. Guess they really need to save a buck these days.
